@Driada Medical hello can you pls check on this order #582100 made a small order just to try you guys out, so far it´s been a shit show, placed order on april 25th and so far i believe it hasn´t even been shipped yet, buch of excuses about it being lost and that you were gonna send it with private courier but still nothing, very awful start, apparently you were gonna send it this week but still nothing, get back to me with something other than excuses pls, i thought i´d had a different experience than with Deus but so far i think this has been far worse :mad::mad::mad:
Please check your email, your order has been sent, the track has been send to you too. We sent by courier tracking, so you should receive the order very quickly.

Damn then it must be like a copy and paste excuse for everyone, i really had no hope for this to be fast but damn close to a month and still no track, i need my god damn enclo tho

Hi, my message here is just to let you know that after my package has been lost, I finally received it today. The support was reactive and they helped me to sort this out. They shipped it again in approval to their reship policy. Thank you to the driada team.
 
The best part is, when mast was in stock I changed order and was promised it will be sent. But apparently you guys don't reserve products if someone orders them? This happened 2 times
 
Talked with customer support many times, even yesterday sent letter. Always some excuse etc. Why are you saying that I didn't do it?
Yes, you are right, you contacted us, I apologize, it was my mistake. I searched for correspondence and the system did not give me a single correspondence with you. Now the system has found all your messages.
 
So many complaints form newbies. GTFO of here with this BS.

I have over a dozen verifiable orders and jano report with driada and never once had issues with receiving my stuff. Sometimes they get backed up and it takes 2-3 weeks but I dont come here bitching like a child.

I just need @Driada Medical to open up their other payment options so i can make another order.

I have over a dozen verifiable orders and jano report with driada and never once had issues with receiving my stuff. Sometimes they get backed up and it takes 2-3 weeks but I dont come here bitching like a child.

I just need @Driada Medical to open up their other payment options so i can make another order.
