There are no true conversion guidelines. 15mg is the max dosage for Tirz and 12mg is the max for Reta.Ive been on 15mg Tirzepatide for 3 months and want to try Retatrutide.. what would be the equivalent dose this way I am not taking 2 steps backwards.
I was on 7.5mg Tirz when I added 4mg Reta. I had already dropped 45 lbs and was done losing weight. When I increased Reta 1-2 months later to 6mg I dropped Tirz. Before I quit Reta for reasons I will not go into here I was at 8mg. Reta does not provide a lot of suppression. I was able to eat as much as I wanted, or I could also easily stop eating if I wanted to. It was almost like being on a weight loss medication, but feel like you were not. I got the BG control from it, and it helped me keep my BF % low even when eating excess calories. So whats a dose you guys are using? Would be great to get cholesterol numbers down as well which Rut works well on
Appetite suppression just as good?
Oh wow you stacked Tirz and Reta?I was on 7.5mg Tirz when I added 4mg Reta. I had already dropped 45 lbs and was done losing weight. When I increased Reta 1-2 months later to 6mg I dropped Tirz. i'm glad the reta doesn't suppress appetite much, im not looking to supress mine, i am looking for bgc and cv benefits, a little less fat would be the icing on the cake, im really looking forward to starting reta as soon as SSA gets my box to me, lol , i am hopeful i won't get the runaround, i have one pack currently "label created" over a week ago so im hopeful i get some movement on that package by the end of the week,,I was on 7.5mg Tirz when I added 4mg Reta. Yea. For a short period while I transitioned. There are no true conversions so I added Reta and eventually removed Tirz once I felt Reta had built up enough in my system.Oh wow you stacked Tirz and Reta?
It's funny how different manufactures are structing their drugs to try to make the best. Various amounts of simulation to up to three receptors GLP-1 GIP and glucagon. Sema, all in on GLP-1, Triz, GLP-1 and GIP. Reta tries to do all 3, and Maz does GLP-1 and glucagon. Same for survodutide.Maz was okay. I did that for a few months. It worked for a while. When QSC left I couldn’t order more maz. No other sources seemed to have it. Now I’m back on tirze and I guess I forgot how good tirze was. Definitely stay with tirze
