Drugs to get lean faster!!

Hello everyone,
I’m 24 years old, 6’3”, 230 lbs, currently sitting at around 30% body fat.
Over the past year and a half, I’ve gone from 20% to 30% body fat. My diet has been garbage.
I’m looking at needing to drop 40 pounds to get down to 15% body fat. That’s going to take me approximately 5 months on a 1,000-calorie deficit per day. I definitely don’t want to cut for that long.

Never used gear,
tried GLPs don’t like them (can’t eat my protein)
Tried low dose DNP 100 a day, it was great.

Plan
• 250mg DNP per day for 2 weeks
• Followed by 2 weeks of Clenbuterol or ECA stack
• Alternate between DNP and Clen/ECA in 2-week blocks
• 250mg Testosterone a week throughout to maintain muscle fullness and prevent excessive loss. Also have an AI on hand cause I’ll definitely aromatize heavy at my bf%

Does this approach seem reasonable? Open to feedback or suggestions on optimizing it. Specifically, I’d appreciate input on what you guys would do in my position if you wanted to speed this up while minimizing muscle loss?

You don’t need drugs to lose fat. From very resent experience the fastest way to drop fat is the carnivore diet. I actually can’t believe how fast I leaned out and lost no muscle. It was so fast and dramatic, my wife spent weeks of jealousy yelling at me lol.
Yep. Women be like this. I can use any dietary method to lose weight effectively. Carnivore, keto, calorie counting, intermittent fasting, etc. Any of it works. The truth is, I'm pretty sure all of the methods people use to lose weight are basically calorie restriction disguised as something else. But in the end, they work, ESPECIALLY for men.

Women on the other hand tend to struggle more. Not exactly sure why, could be physical, could be they're typically not as determined on an outcome as men are. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just seems like an insane plan to lose weight by first addressing the chemical intake.

If you have the dedication to decreasing your caloric consumption to a 1000 calorie deficit, I don't see any reason to consume additional compounds, especially DNP.

I've always been a heavier guy, and struggled with body fat percentage until I turned 30 and finally figured out how to diet. Find what works for you, keto, paleo, whatever diet it is that makes you the most full while consuming the fewest number of calories from the best sources of food (.e.g. whole foods)

So if I were to suggest you did this all a little differently:

Weeks 1-4: 1000 calorie deficit, Cardio/ HIIT 2-3x/ week, weight training 2-3x/week

Weeks 5-6: 750 calorie deficit, non-HIIT cardio 1x/week, HIIT 1x/week, Weight Training 3-4x week

Every two weeks thereafter reduce the calorie deficit by 250-300 calories while either maintaining the cardio and weight training or increasing cardio slightly.

In a quarter of a year you'll have irrevocably burned an untold number of calories/ lost weight, maintained muscle mass/ developed strength and never once exposed yourself to the dangers of exogenous chemicals (namely DNP).

I agree, skip the crazy stuff like DNP. Protein is key when cutting – aim for 1g per pound of bodyweight. Don’t stay in a deep deficit for too long. Lift heavy, cardio is secondary. Stay for 12–16 weeks and you’ll see big results

Update : I need help. Any advice ??

I have officially been on my cut for the past three days. (1000 to 2000 deficit per day)
My BMR is 2100 a day
I’m eating 2000 cal a day with 200 g of protein.

About 1000 of those calories is protein
The other 1000 is all carbs.

Day #1 : 10 mile walk (1085 calories burnt)
Day #2 : 10 mile walk (1100 calories burnt)
Day #3 : 18 mile walk ( 2030 calories burnt )

It’s only been three days since I’ve started cutting and my body completely morphed into a human string bean.. I wish I had a photo of my physique 4 days ago versus today to show you guys so you’d see I’m not exaggerating or it’s not all in my head. I depleted so much glycogen so fast it’s insane.

2 bottles of Gatorade Zero a day
+ Gallon of water per day
+ 10 grams of creatine
+ 1000 calories worth of carbs
And I’m still depleted and flat as hell. I woke up and literally could feel the dehydration. Every muscle on my body is slightly fatigued.

Has anyone ever been in this position before? If so, how did you counter the flatness ?
I am not going to be using any fat burners or Glps at all considering I am already creating a massive deficit on a daily basis with diet and cardio.

But I definitely need something to keep my muscles full otherwise I’m just going to keep going in circles.
Will test only work ? If so, how much do I have to take per week ? Or maybe 200 Test and low dose Dianabol ?

"I'm doing multiple hours of cardio a day in an extreme deficit, why am I flat?"

You really need to do some introspect. What is your goal in doing retarded shit to lose an arbitrary amount of weight by an arbitrarily set deadline?

Drop the copious cardio and ride out a moderate deficit like every other reasonable human does.

Where you rushing off to, man? You’re not stepping on a bodybuilding stage next month. Drop the DNP idea - that stuff’s more “go blind for abs” than anything else. It’s really meant for seasoned competitors trying to shave off the last 1–2% body fat, not for cutting down from 30%.

Clenbuterol? Hard pass. At your current body fat, you’re way more likely to rack up nasty side effects - high blood pressure, heart palpitations, anxiety than actual results.

Now, about the 250mg test - that’s already a mini cycle. If you’re new to gear, maybe consider a TRT dose (100–125mg/week) instead. But that’s your call. Just don’t think test alone will magically melt the fat - especially at 30% BF.

As for GLP-1s, sounds like sema didn’t work out, but Tirz should hit differently. First couple weeks can be tough for getting in enough protein, but look into Reta - appetite stays in check, and you can still eat properly.

If you really want to drop fat fast, stay healthy, and keep your muscle, here’s the 100% no-BS plan:

1. Use GLP-1 (Tirz or Reta).
2. Run an RFL-style diet by Lyle McDonald (aka PMSF around here).
3. Train 3x/week with weights.
4. Skip the cardio if you want - just walk 10–12K steps a day.

That combo works like a charm - fat melts, muscles stay, and no need to gamble with your organs.

And hey, if you’re still thinking about DNP, maybe just sniff the jar, remind yourself you enjoy having eyesight, and walk away.
This right here. Don't lean on drugs when you just need discipline.

You're not hitting the stage why burn yourself up? Hell just smoke some meth if you're in a hurry.

Focus on diet and work on your self control. It'll go much further than trying to take a magic pill to get unfat...

Yo man, you're just super depleted — massive cardio plus a big deficit is gonna drain your glycogen fast. That string bean look can be normal early in a cut, especially when you drop water and carbs like that. Honestly, 18 miles of walking is overkill unless you're training for a race. Try easing up a bit and add more carbs — even 50–100g extra can help fill you out. Keep taking the creatine, but give it time, and don’t forget real electrolytes — sodium and potassium matter more than just Gatorade Zero. As for test or dbol — that won’t fix flatness if your nutrition and training aren’t dialed in. Fix the basics first, then think about gear later. You’re just in the early grind phase

Turns out I’m not even 30% bodyfat. I’m 20 - 24%
This smart scale I have been using is garbage.

I took picture's of my physique and posted it on chat GPT and it’s saying I’m 20 - 22% I had a whole argument back-and-forth with ChatGPT and it swears I’m not 30%.
F**king smart scale had me on the verge of eating dynamite fertilizer pills lmfaoo.

All smartscales across the board are trash. It is not possible to send an electrical impulse through the noisy mess of different tissues and fluids of the body and measure body fat accurately on just one let alone even many sensors. They're ALL E-waste.

Drop the pics in here, man - this place is basically DEXA with attitude. ChatGPT might tell you what you want to hear, but the fellas here? They’ll tell you what you need to hear… lovingly, of course.

What happens when you reach your goal of 15% BF?

What GLP have you tried? all of them? you may not like them but I would recommend them over DNP and clenbuterol. Before I would have used these drugs only leading up to a competition to get under 10% BF. It's a temporary boost to get lean to walk on stage for a brief moment to take photos and not a healthy long term approach.
This question on what GLP's has op actually tried was my first thought as well. I'd be surprised if he tried Reta and still couldn't get the protein in. The appetite in Reta seems much less prominent than Tirz or Sema. I also don't understand how guys can't get their protein in. Even on a decent amount of Tirz, while experimenting early on, I still got 200+grams of protein in everyday. Between fat free cottage cheese and protein shakes it was easy, even when I didn't want to eat I could squeeze in enough protein. I also got lean af.

Don’t discount Anavar

bruh. some things are better kept private. you can’t be serious with this.

if this is a bit, bravo, it’s kinda funny. if not, i’m really wishing you the best.

6'3 230 and have that much BF? Damn son your issue is you need some god damn muscle. At your height and weight with any decent amount of muscle your BF% would not be close to that high.

Like I'm a inch shorter and weight 20lbs more than you with a lower BF%.
