What do you use to track/organize everything.

Somewhat new to this scene, the rabbit hole is deep and I have spent the last 6 weeks learning a lot. One think I have learned, is things can get messy with multiple supplements, multiple doses, and multiple schedules. I originally created a spreadsheet/notion to help me keep track of everything but I am wondering if there is a tool to keep everything organized and track progress, an all in one solution/dashboard other than an excel spreadsheet? If the answer is no, if I built it, do you think people would use it?

The idea is that you would build a stack, enter in supplements and expected dosing schedule, it would track everything for you, give you a weekly schedule with what to do on each day. It would track the status of all the supplements (whats left in the vial), help you manage what you have on hand, allow you to enter any sides, have areas to track certain labs or body metrics. (additional feature ideas below)

FeatureDescription
Stack BuilderAdd compounds, dose, route, start/end dates, compound groups (blast/cruise/PCT)
Injection & Oral SchedulerSchedule pinned sites (e.g., left quad), alternate sites, remind for orals
Progress TrackingLog weight, libido, sleep, hunger, mood, pumps, bloodwork (optional)
Cycle DashboardTimeline view showing compound phase, dose changes, % complete
Pinned Compound SupportVial mg/mL, injection volume calculator, site rotation reminder
Peptide-Specific FeaturesReconstitution calculator, mcg tracking, dose timing
Export / BackupPDF/CSV export for coach or record keeping
Optional Labs SyncManual input or webhook for bloods (Test, E2, AST/ALT, HDL, etc.)

I just keep everything in OneNote. Notepad would do fine, too, but I like accessing from mobile.

For actual supplements, my regimen has admittedly grown too large for pill organizers. Now I have 24, amber glass 4-ounce Vivaplex jars I fill in advance. Drop a moisture and oxygen absorber in each one since some of the things I prefill come out of blister packs.

Notion is working just fine, free, syncs, easy mobile use. probably just stick with that unless this idea gets overwhelming support

Hey man, do you have coding experience - specifically with React Native or Swift?

I've been working on this exact idea, have designs ready to go. Have been 'vibe-coding' the MVP but there are more shortcomings of that approach than I had anticipated. Would be better to team up with an experienced dev.

Keep it simple.

I guess at the beginning is good to learn the different compounds

Where are you tracking your lifts lol? What about the actual training?
Lifts are tracked using the "strong" iOS app. It's awesome. Dead simple. No fluff. Easy to build a routine and easy to track/modify.

Only using notion for everything else. I guess as a newer user it's a little overwhelming - going from no supplements to know having to managed 4-5 different things with different concentrations and different dosing schedules. Then add some liver support, maybe a stack with mast or primo, maybe some orals. It's gets complicated real quick, with different tasks basically each day.

I'll try and spin up a basic concept up and see if it's helpful. Agree that simple is better though.

I don't organize everything quite like you, but only important things.

Myfitnesspal - to track calories and plan what I eat (mostly on the go, unless I'm cutting)

Samsung calendar - I set reminders and or mark events or something that is important to me. For example injection days and dosage.

Notes - I log my stuff, for example when cutting I write date and weight + measurements. Shopping list and etc. I used to log my training in the past. Now I know myself very well.

Calculator - to calculate dosages and money lol.

Of course the above is not complete and not all things I listed, just as example.

Most things I kinda remember.

I would love to try and get everything in one place supplement wise. made this tonight, will work on it more later. (the entrys are just filler)

I write injections on a calendar on my fridge. Abbreviations but they're right there to see when I get up in the morning.

I am an infant dev. Lots of AI help.

just use your notes bro
Appreciate the feedback and that seems to be the majority opinion.

I think it just comes down to demographic and culture. I am not a "bro" - I am too old for that, a dad with family and a corporate job. Not looking to blast tren or even test.

I think the GLPs and the popularity of TRT have really opened peoples eyes that pinning a med really isn't that big of a deal. It's a super slippery slope, but in my circle of upper middle class white males wearing a whoop and falling victim to athletic greens and huberman, the use of these compounds is exploding in popularity. Crypto is more popular and people are more comfortable buying something online if the website is flashy and looks pro. These people love to "track" everything with their oura rings and Apple Watches. It's a different culture and different demographic. Not hardcore gym rats. Weekend warriors looking for a bump as they already maxed out their caffeine.

my brain and bloodwork.

nutrition - cronometer
lifting app - liftoff
i count months on/months on trt. currently going for 9 months on cycle 3 months trt
