Absolutely horrible how US customs are starting to get their greasy sausage fingers on packs nowadays. Really hope at least some of the customs changes get reverted for your guys' sake

Received sustanon raws from this source. (Pics attached)
There is literally water in the bags.
The bags were sealed correctly and packaged well so it left the factory in this condition.
Source is saying this is how sustanon should look and refuses to refund. I suggested a jano but source refuses to pay or offer store credit.
I've used sustanon before many times and has always looked similar to every other test raw (white fluffy dry powder)
These raws are completely unusable and a complete waste to send to jano but im willing to if needs be and the test cost is refunded when it comes back under 30%
Open to opinions in case I'm losing my mind. Thanks

Looks like semi-melted raws to me. I've had sust raws come almost fully melted before in mid summer and worked/brewed up just fine....just like deca raws. I think you jumped the gun here my guy.

Do not throw away. Purify it. If you are in America I can do it and get your stuff looking exactly like it should. DM if you need help. I recommend a jano test first. But if you are absolutely sure it's not right. One pass purification will fix it

Question @TheScholarOfBrew, due to sust being a mix of different esters, different solubility etc. does that influence the way the filtration works? eg. Solvent choice, anti- solvent choice?
And in the later steps, does it crash bit by bit (Test ace first, testD last) and possibly separate the compounds?

About 10 days total.
Source has been very good in terms of communication and shipped within a few days of payment.
Of course if the raws are supposed to be this way and they janoshik well , ill be sure to post as such too.

I had my sus melted like that from another source before too. I keep mine in a fridge, so at least it’s workable. Was reluctant to use it at first but the finished oil came up spot on, on the lab

What was the purity?
It's strange cause the 4 test esters have way higher melting points..

i guess must be test D as it got the lowest melting point. Saying that when I’ve ordered test D on its own always came as a powder

Unless they made their own sus blend and tossed in enanthate. Test D can melt but usually it's got to be pretty warm in order to....if memory serves me correctly around 120 degrees

Test D melting point is only about 10C higher than test E

It's still really high, around 47C.
Which is why i was wondering if it's the impurities that were melting....
If i see completely melted raws, I'll assume Test E or EQ..

ND also. I guess those shipping containers get pretty hot. It's still early May I wouldn't think it would reach over 105 degree F yet but I'm not meteorologist. That's why I never bought sus raws I bought separately and made each Ester separate then combined. Had painless sus 350 back in the day w just bb/ba.
