You've got the base muscle already, just some fine tuning and you'll be back looking phenomenal in no time, Im glad you started a thread for this recomp , it gives me motivation believe it or not, and in my current situation i need all the motivation i can get,,

My dude we all go through it. I typically tend to burn everything to the ground when I’m doing the best in life and rebuild, repeat. I’m just hoping one of these days I stick to what I know is right and continue to build. You got this man
 
Did a strict leg only day. Wasn’t horrible but I kept getting tempted by the dumbbell rack

Smith machine close stance squat heels on a plate

225lbs 12-15 reps x 3
Leg extensions 3 sets of 15-20
Calf extensions 3 sets of 15-20
Leg Press 3 sets of 12
Seated ham curls 2 sets of 12
DB RDLs 80lbs x12 x 3 (160 total)

Chest/tri/shoulders went phenomenal. Probably one of my best lifts to date, just in a feel good sense.

Just put the pin pretty low and repped out 3 sets to failure felt way too much front delt

3 sets to failure gotta get better at recording the actual weight but could easily get 15 clean reps. The pump was sick.

Overhead cable extensions
5-6 sets to failure at 60 lbs 3 close grip 2-3 wider grip

Tricep push downs

60 lbs and just spammed didn’t count sets I just kept doing em

French press

Got a really good pump and held it for like an hour, calories are still 2400ish
 
12 oz top sirloin for breakfast unseasoned air fryer cooked, tried to push as much of the fat off with paper towel as possible. Cardio and shoulders tonight. Estrogen is at a 15 and I feel fine but 0 libido. EQ is really tanking my e2 but it’s working well, unsure what to do about it

Your calories are pretty low for your size. You must be getting shredded fast

Was talking in my blog about Vbar push downs so I spammed a bunch of sets of triceps also, started at 60 lbs and just did a bunch of sets, at failure dropped the pin to 30lbs. Had fun with it.

Stairmaster 15 mins, felt like leg day kinda.

Why not get E2 up a tad to give you some libido ?
