Placed a china->US order in late Feb, got caught up in the situation and never arrived. Arranged a reship in early Apr, my original order was out of stock, alternate order from in-stock items arrived recently, about 20 days from reship confirmation.

We will accept any comments from our customers, no matter good or bad. But in my opinion, your comments are meaningless. You have nothing to say except slander. You keep talking about the delay of orders from the United States, but we have already refunded or reissued all the delayed orders to customers. You seem to be living in the last century.

Yura, can you set expectations for US customers going forward?

I made an order on May 2nd with one of your reps, and she was careful to warn me it would be at least 2 weeks before it was shipped. I don't know how long that shipping is likely to take, though -- that would be great to know as soon as you do.

I think everybody appreciates that this is a changing environment to do business in, and as long as expectations are set, kept up to date, and met with reasonable success, we're all able to make informed decisions. It's the uncertainty and lack of clarity, and failing to meet commitments, that makes unhappy customers.

Do you think you might establish a US warehouse for customers willing to pay a bit more for lower shipping times and lower risk of seizure at customs?

We have tried a new shipping company. If everything goes well, we will get the latest customs clearance results this week. In order to reduce customer expectations, we will tell customers that there will be a delay in delivery before they place an order. Currently, the shipping company's test package transportation is in good condition. We expect to ship orders to the United States next week. We currently have a small warehouse in the United States to store some peptides (hgh/tb500/bpc157/hcg/tirz/semag). If American customers have a high demand for some products, we will also store some

During these times of change, being able to sell the most popular oils/tabs from a US warehouse would remove a lot of fear and uncertainty about placing an order. I've seen lots of people recommending ordering from US warehouses over international to be safe. Take that for what it's worth.

Man I remember 20 years ago how expensive it was for one kit, and that was just 100ius! It was in the hundreds of dollars and was so exotic to me. I used to hear stories of guys having muscle tears and "pounding a kit of growth" to help speed up the repairs. Just ridiculous.
 
Notice: We will adjust the peptide products next Monday, and the prices of some products will be reduced. If customers do not need them urgently recently, they can wait until next Monday to place an order, and the price will be more suitable.
