Yura, can you set expectations for US customers going forward?
I made an order on May 2nd with one of your reps, and she was careful to warn me it would be at least 2 weeks before it was shipped. I don't know how long that shipping is likely to take, though -- that would be great to know as soon as you do.
I think everybody appreciates that this is a changing environment to do business in, and as long as expectations are set, kept up to date, and met with reasonable success, we're all able to make informed decisions. It's the uncertainty and lack of clarity, and failing to meet commitments, that makes unhappy customers.
Do you think you might establish a US warehouse for customers willing to pay a bit more for lower shipping times and lower risk of seizure at customs?
