went and got fluffy I’m due for a log. For the last 3-4 months I’ve been skipping lifts, eating everything in sight and dealing with a real nasty ex it’s just time for a new beginning. Dont expect anything different than the standard Jacked logs. I don’t follow a split, I might count calories sometimes but my goals have always been different. I like to train hard as fuck and do what I like to do. I might just rip 3 arm days in a row, you never know. My goals are going to blow your minds but I’m confident it’s possible.
Goals:
1. Throw some fucking weight around
2. Don’t follow a cookie cutter program or split
3. Start running 3+ miles again 3 times a week
4. Talk shit to each and every one of my boys
5. I’ve already dieted down from 235 to 227, essentially want to recomp all my fat to a lean 220-225. I have about 15 lbs of fat to lose and about 8lbs to gain. No bulk/cut shit just going for it. I see the best results with no plan, just have fun. First time having a gym membership so I can play with the little fairy machines.
6. Keep health markers in check and only use mild compounds, no tren/ment orals.
Compounds:
Testosterone Enanthate 1,000mg
EQ 600 mg
Tirzepatide 10mg for insulin sensitivity (or just spam that shit, we will see.
GH will be all over the place. At least 5iu a day but I’m going to toy around with 3IU 3 times a day or 5iu/am/pm.
3-5 units of humalog pwo with most of my carbs for the day before during and after the lift.
If strength really stalls I’ll add like 120-140 npp in 4-6 months.
Muscle memory is very real I expect some real tissue to come back in the next month or so, I’ve been dialed in for about a week.
Diet has been 100g whey with fish oil for breakfast or 2 eggs, instapot chicken breast shredded cooked with mushrooms, red pepper, green onion, jalapeños, cilantro, basil + 1 scoop of whey separate. Less processed shit this time around unfortunately no cereal or haribo gummy’s because I’m not going to be hammering insulin.
