went and got fluffy I’m due for a log. For the last 3-4 months I’ve been skipping lifts, eating everything in sight and dealing with a real nasty ex it’s just time for a new beginning. Dont expect anything different than the standard Jacked logs. I don’t follow a split, I might count calories sometimes but my goals have always been different. I like to train hard as fuck and do what I like to do. I might just rip 3 arm days in a row, you never know. My goals are going to blow your minds but I’m confident it’s possible.

Goals:
1. Throw some fucking weight around
2. Don’t follow a cookie cutter program or split
3. Start running 3+ miles again 3 times a week
4. Talk shit to each and every one of my boys
5. I’ve already dieted down from 235 to 227, essentially want to recomp all my fat to a lean 220-225. I have about 15 lbs of fat to lose and about 8lbs to gain. No bulk/cut shit just going for it. I see the best results with no plan, just have fun. First time having a gym membership so I can play with the little fairy machines.
6. Keep health markers in check and only use mild compounds, no tren/ment orals.

Compounds:
Testosterone Enanthate 1,000mg
EQ 600 mg
Tirzepatide 10mg for insulin sensitivity (or just spam that shit, we will see.
GH will be all over the place. At least 5iu a day but I’m going to toy around with 3IU 3 times a day or 5iu/am/pm.
3-5 units of humalog pwo with most of my carbs for the day before during and after the lift.
If strength really stalls I’ll add like 120-140 npp in 4-6 months.

Muscle memory is very real I expect some real tissue to come back in the next month or so, I’ve been dialed in for about a week.

Diet has been 100g whey with fish oil for breakfast or 2 eggs, instapot chicken breast shredded cooked with mushrooms, red pepper, green onion, jalapeños, cilantro, basil + 1 scoop of whey separate. Less processed shit this time around unfortunately no cereal or haribo gummy’s because I’m not going to be hammering insulin.

I’m on 3 of these a day 75whey 30 grams of brown sugar shakes and 1 whole meal with meat and vegetables top sirloin or shredded chicken with black beans and corn in an extreme wellness

I have labs from the last 6or so months when I have a minute I’ll get them posted. Also results from my first stress test echo! It was was awesome. Teaser. After the test was done and heart rate is high you lay down and take your vitals and count the ones from exactly 2 minutes being off the treadmill. Phenomenal results!IMG_1510.webp
 
Why such a heavy reliance on shakes?
I’m working 14 hour days running 2 businesses my mind and body is going 24/7. It’s just easy I don’t even have to think. I can get a meal down in 10 seconds and back to work. My biggest fear in life is opportunity cost.

I used to be a raging alcoholic. I drank a liter a day. I got sober for 5 years and 4 months ago something bad happened and I had a few drinks. That lead to a fifth a day mixed with rec drugs. I was working 10 hour days finishing a fifth sleeping for 4 hours using stimulants to wake up. That ended 9 days ago. Bodybuilding broke my addiction and I plan to use this same strategy to make a major comeback. Doing it for my 2 beautiful boys.
 
Three shakes a day + one meal gotta be around 2,000 calories? Your gonna need to spam that tirz hard lmao.
Just stopping drinking is about minus 1200-1800 poison calories a day. My face already looks 10x better no bloat skins glowing I feel like a million bucks. But I lost a lot of strength. I can barely get 65dbs up on incline press if you check my last log I was up to 105s for 8-10

Also I wrote off tren/ment/orals. If I were to use an oral it will be 50 drol 50 Winstrol for the last 3 weeks of this lot to get some cool pictures lol. Shoe my kids someday yup that was me lol

Careful, by dropping the alcohol your liver might get confused. Should add in superdrol pre workout just to keep it balanced.

With my gearload on a cut I’m being cautious when I drop my labs the eq will make sense. Chronically low hemoglobin/rbc/hematocrit.

I was at a very low point in my life and if I’m being honest these last 8 days have been some of the best of my life. My lawyer gave me great news, future wife and I are looking at homes, side business is taking off and my skin! It’s very clear. I’ll dm you on telegram, I went from dbol moon face to baby face blue eyes retard.

They want to be just like me. My 6 year old deadlifts the bar with perfect form. My 3 year old turns 4 in a month. He does curls with the 5 pounders and they’re both in high protein diets. I get them each a dollar if they finish their whole plate at dinner although I no longer have custody but that will be changing very soon.

When things settle down I’ll be back on rice and lean meat, sweet potato’s and some extreme wellness black beans and corn grilled chicken wraps lol. Time is not on my side unfortunately. Ps. Fuck Fletcher, that was absolutely hilarious yesterday.
 
Hit back, shoulders, biceps then for a nasty tricep pump for fun. Tons of volume as of right now I’m not counting reps doing lighter weight and going to max failure, rest pause, then lowering weight. New gym shit I’m not used to.
