Hiccup Hell

Yeah but this ingredient is very important, at the least for duration.

"Expected: C20 fatty diacid linker with PEG spacer.
Observed: C16 saturated fatty acid (palmitic acid) with a shorter PEG linker.
Evidence: Absence of diagnostic methylene signals for C20; PEG integration for only 3 units."

"Clinical Significance
- Shorter C16 chain may weaken albumin binding, reducing half-life and affecting dosing "

One can just dose twice..Is it the same protocol as trials? No. Is it the exact same compound? No. But we're here because we're cheap, cant afford legit pharma for everything and do not have the funding that trials do.

I guess the point is..you get what you pay for..and for some stuff, you cant get it unless its UGL

This was to satisfy my own curiosity more than anything else. The end point of a long quest to what was apparent on a "feels" basis, ie, major variations in experiences using different batches of GLP's or rHGH, but seemingly unexplained by purity testing.

In this case, Bama may have gone from a poorly made Reta to a better one with greater potency leading to strength not explained by the moderate dose increase.

Anyway, it gives another quality metric to look at, and if NMR ever catches on, and UGL producers know that's being looked at, those shortcuts may become less likely to be used in the future.

That same way Dimer suddenly started to improve when testing for it became standard.

Casually, I was told the savings from a C16 substitution for the proper c20 lipid in this case could be $500-$1000 per 100g batch.

Just laying a marker down for future reference.

My partner in this, who arranged the test, reluctantly agreed to allow an anonymized copy of the result to be posted here. Remember, this was done through a commercial account connected to his profession. "Private testing" groups don't even share their results here.

10 seconds after I posted the usual knuckle draggers here attacked, making me instantly regret the wasted effort so I had Millard nuke the thread.

I'll communicate with Jano and provide him with the details to see if he can arrange an NMR protocol to test for lipid linker substitution and correct conjugation site for anyone interested in having it done. I'll bet it's wrong in every UGL copy of Tirz, Reta, and Sema.

Funny thing is I found out after the fact Novo Nordisk told the FDA in a recent letter that getting the lipid linker step in Sema (and all GLPs) was so difficult they expected unauthorized manufacturers wouldn't get it right. Since no one outside of FDA pharma companies would ever test for it, and HPLC wouldn't catch it, they expected it wouldn't be discovered, compromising efficacy and safety.

No shit dude. If someone copy cat my product, I would say theirs wouldn't be as good.

Gotta find a way to control my product.

I would be downplaying HPLC testing too if I wanted justification to not test anything I inject too

Wow. :0 How are you feeling now? @BamaCrazy Glad everything worked out to find some relief with the procedure... Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

That's weak bro. Yeah, we give you a hard time sometimes, you can be a little over the top. So what? Just keep being you. If you think it's good information, share it.

There’s good information and then there’s misinformation/disinformation. He deleted a post of testing results he didn’t perform from an unverified testing facility claiming our UGL peptides are manufactured incorrectly and likely less effective. He did the right thing by deleting it.

I will preface this write up by saying it’s not meant to criticize the source nor GLPs.

On 4/4 I injected 10mg of Reta that I had received a few days earlier from GYC. They had just had a GB for Reta 50 for a great price. Up until 4/4 I had been injecting 8mg a week for the previous 6 months. But to make things easy I upped it to 10 to get 5 weeks per vial.

On 4/5 during breakfast (24 hours later) I noticed that I was full halfway through my meal of yogurt and berries. I couldn’t finish my meal which was unusual for me. On Reta I can usually eat as much or as little as I want. Soon after breakfast I started having hiccups. Which only got worse as the day went along. They were happening so often that I was not able to hold my dinner down. I was only able to sleep that night with the help of gabapentin which I read about online.

This continued in the days after so I quit eating after lunch. After the first week it was only getting worse. There were times when my diaphragm was spasming in such succession that it was cutting off my air supply. I was just not able to breathe in if they caught me after breathing out. So I scheduled a doctor’s appointment which led to chest x-rays, bloodwork, three changes to medication, a visit to the ER (what a total waste of time), an EKG, a Neurology appointment and a Gastroenterologist appointment. The Gastroenterologist scheduled a CT scan of my abdomen and chest, and an Endoscopy (EGD). The Neurologist scheduled an MRI of my brain to look for lesions. By now I’m around day 20 with nonstop hiccups. I’ve missed 2 weeks of work. I can barely eat, sleep, breathe or talk without issues. Most days mornings were ok, but after lunch things took a turn for the worse.

On day 20 the hiccups were better and I only had 3 hours of hiccups. On day 21 I had my EGD. He did find a hiatal hernia during the procedure but said it was too small to be causing my issues. He blamed GLPs. They all think I’m using the Sema I’ve been prescribed which I’ve never used once. They know nothing of the Reta. GLPs affect the vagus nerve which controls the movement of the diaphragm. He says once the drug is out of my system things will get better. He thought I had just quit using the Sema but I told them during intake that I quit 3 weeks prior. He said it could take weeks to exit my system.

The day of the procedure I had no hiccups. I have had no hiccups since. And before you ask, yes, I tried everything. Vinegar, lemons, spoon fulls of dry sugar, holding my breath, breathing in a bag, drinking from a glass from the wrong side, pulling my tongue, pulling my legs into my stomach, drinking water nonstop, valsalva maneuver, squeezing my nose, etc. Nothing helped.

When this all began I suspected the Reta so I joined a testing group and donated one of my vials which was sent to Jano with a 2nd vial from another participant. The results returned today. One vial tested at 57.88mg and the other 58.24. So taking an average of 58mg I calculate I injected 11.6mg that day which was a big jump from 8mg. I guess big enough to anger my vagus nerve. Needless to say I am done with GLPs. I’m not even going to chance it.

Something so simple as a hiccup turned my world completely upside down. It was a wild 3 weeks and I cannot believe it finally ended. There are people who get hiccups for years and I’m not sure how they keep going. I consider myself a strong person but I just couldn’t live like that.

If you made it this far thanks for sticking with me and reading until the end. Lol
Damn dude, That's a crazy experience. I tried Sema a couple years ago and had the hiccups for just a few days, even taking Xanax and weed I was up all night and by the third day, my intercostals and my brain were complete beat to shit. I'll get it temporarily whenever I begin a Tren cycle, fukn sucks.
I also have had confirmed mild hiatal hernia, I can't tell you how many times I've spun myself into a panic attack thinking "oh shit, here it is, I'm gonna fucking die right now" cause I thought I was having a heart attack, lol.
Here's a trick that has saved me many nights where I'd get that pain in the chest. Go eat something thicker, like a scoop of peanut butter. The rhythmic peristalsis actually helps work the stomach back through the diaphragm. Honestly I forgot if it was science-based, or just what my understanding of what I think is happening, but whatever. My mom told me about the peanut butter and I laughed, but sure as s*** the next time I had one I tried it and it worked.
Hopefully it won't happen again for you, but if it does, give it a shot. I really sympathize with you though, I can't imagine going through it as long as you did. It's a wonder your mentally okay after that shit, lol.
I just took my second Reta 2mg shot, hopefully goes well.

Same thing happened to me! Including the diaphragm spasms that caused a lack of O2, but I've never come across Reta, just was on a cycle of tren A, 4-500mg per week with 750mg Sust, and Superdrol @ 20mg per day. Superdrol done, hiccups done, but holy fuck, they'd wake me up, make me feel full to the point of spitting up like a baby although it was 10 hours between meals, etc. Pure goddamn misery. BTW, anyone wanna buy some S-Drol?

Shit, sounds tempting,
How's e2 and prolactin control at those doses?
@ 350 Tren I only need caber while my body adjusts initially, but was only on 210mg Test. Felt amazing, humble yet aggressive and confident.

Unfortunately humble-beast, the best I can provide is my Drs reaction after my bloods came back for regular physical bloods. His reply, written, was "Keep up the regimen" as all was in line, hormones not tested. I keep estrogen in line with aridimex now, used to take tamoxifen and clomid while on.

BTW, the S-drol that i indulge in is 10mg S and 10mg caber. The 2nd time I did said cycle, calm as a cucumber. 1st time? Let's just say very far from that, very combative, but I did have Mast in the mix too.

Gotcha, gotta love it when your doc says that, so validating, lol.
My primary doc today was fighting me over elevated ast/alt levels, she wanted me to have an abdominal ultrasound, lol.
I explained AGAIN how it works with weight lifters, and that was why I had GGT included in the labs, which of course was normal, lol. She still wanted me to get an ultrasound, and when I asked based on what, she said she "just still does". No thanks, we did this same song and dance two years ago and I conceded to the ultrasound, NORMAL..
Anyway, you mean 1mg Caber right?
On test/ tren I need .5mg caber usually just once, maybe twice when titrating to new dose, then my body adjusts and I'm fine.
I've only kept test around 250, so haven't needed adex. Oh, shit, just remembered I've got sdrol from Q that I never used.

Actually it is 10 and 10 each Sdrol and Caber, just looked again. 20 mg total tablets.

I dated a girl that had hiccups for over a year. When I met her shed kicked the issue less than a week before. Aside from the how'd you give head during that time curiosity I had, I also had a bunch of questions about it for her. It was a misalignment with the nerves in her diaphragm that medication couldn't fix.

She was able to get rid of it and keep it at bay for several weeks by going to holotropic breathing meditation class. It was 2 or 3 hours of sitting in this chair you make of out of yoga pillows and just breathing as deeply as you could until the end of class. I did it once, it was difficult and weird. It helped her though, they'd start to come on and shed make it to the next class and they would go away.

Best of luck.
