yeah all same batch and no I didn't test it and not planning on testing it. the first few vials worked super well and then the appetite started to come back bit by bit, so I was worried about immunogenicity
Regaining significant weight on the same dose is not normal and weakening response is the classic symptom of developing immunogenicity to a protein drug. Individual biology plays a role, so even if it's not happening to another user of the same compound, it can happen to you.
Unfortunately there's no test for any GLP antibody that's available to the public.
You can try to minimize it by:
- Ensuring the dose is at least .5ml in volume
- Sticking to once a week dosing
- Filtering
None of these are guaranteed to work but they reduce immune response and may help restore effectiveness.
You can try to overcome it:
- With a larger dose. Sometimes immunogenicity plateaus, so a larger dose exceeds your immune system's ability to clear the drug. Also, sometimes a larger dose can "normalize" the compound and your system stops seeing it as an invader.
-Try a different batch. While immunogenicity of the pharma produced peptides wasn't found to the level of losing effectiveness, there's much more to these UGL peptides than purity tests reveal. You may respond better to another based on the differences between the ways the molecule varies between producers.
