L-Carn Concentration

I have been mentally preparing and researching homebrewing some 500mg/ml L-Carn

But I was wondering if anyone has tried homebrewing LIPO-C? It seems like it could be difficult to get that many ingredients to stay in solution and not crash out?

I am considering using 1% Lidocaine as my base solvent, bc I just ordered a box of 30ml vials, I’m just wondering how many vitamins I can cram into 1ml

Look at vendors and their stuff, usually gives you a good baseline and then just try and experiment. For Carnitine itself BAC Water is enough but should check the pH otherwise it might get pip'y

I don’t think I will have to worry about pip with the lido as the base solvent, but will keep some bicarb on hand in case it gets too acidic.

I have some hyanoxcobalmin ampules at 5g each, so at least I know I could add some good B-12 in there.

I’m wondering about using a cheap lab vortex stirrer, hoping that high speed mixing would keep the vitamins in solution, and keep them from precipitating/crashing.

I’ve done a lot and honestly moderation is key. Never seems to fail.

250 was like water but needed too much volume to make it worrhh worth it. 500 like oil. 333 is what I’ll probably formulate next.

Did you end up brewing the LIPO-C?

I don't think it'd be that hard. I have carnitine at 500mg/ml I made and it's been stable in my fridge for months.
I'd probably keep the max concentration of all the powders togheter at max 300-400mg/ml for mixes. I'm also gonma try making some mixes.
Or you could also make each compound in it's own vial and inject them togheter changing needles between each draw

Do you mind sharing your recipe here?
I’m lost with these different buffers/tonicity just trying to optimize what’s best for health/tissue but allowing the solution I want to make at 500mg/ml in a 50ml vial last up to 2-3 months.

L carnitine didn't need any buffer, it maintains stable pH without it.

You can go up to 600mg/ml and it'll be totally fine
do you have an opinion on adding taurine to the L carnintine base? In terms of total powder of both taurine and L carnintine causing it to become to thick?

They're both very similar.
100 taurine is about the same as 75 carn.
So you can treat your 500+100 as 575 in terms of viscosity.

However with the oral absorption rate of Taurine being high (30-70%), i'd probably rather just inject more Carn.

This.

you can add taurine if you want, but it will contribute to greater osmality and a thicker solution.

No point since you can get tubs of raw taurine powder dirt cheap and just add it to any drink

I litterally just did L-Carnitine, sterile water, filtered and put in a vial and kept in the fridge.
I also was looking at all the buffers and stuff but this ended up working out just fine.
The PIP was a motherfucker at first but after a while it gets better. I assume it's the carnitine because I have injected other low ph stuff and never had PIP.
I made 100ml with: 60ml sterile water, 50g L-Carnitine base powder, 1ml benzyl alchool.
Filter with 0.22um sterile filter into an empty sterile vial and kept it inside of a box in the fridge (the box is to cover from light, you can also use an amber vial)

Lots of light in a fridge yeah
It's pippy because you are probably using shitty raw. There should be 0 pip

no it's in a closed box, protected from light.
PIP is a very commonly listed side effect, even with pharmaceutical formulations.
What fucking light there is in a fridge dude? Wake up! It's useless the box lol

No i never got pip from carnitine and everyone that tried my carnitine didn't get any pip, and it's not me special anyone that has bought good raws and proper wfi and BA don't get pip from carnitine. It's not glutathione.
