You're right, I should care about QSC floaters. All I shared was a greater concern. Take that for what you will.

I was just pointing out that I am not usually a sketched person. But I know many are. And even me, being less risk averse, would be WAY more sketched about Indian sources over Chinese sources.

I have personally spent months in India and have been there many many times. Have worked with Indians for over 15 years. China is bad too, but it's different. (Yes, I have been to China). Look man, we are talking about UGL here, we are going to see problems on both sides. But I have seen much more sketchy stuff in India than China.

But again, you're right. I should be more sketched about China too.

It's the 80/20 rule. 20% of the work takes 80% of the time. If my high math is correct, that's 5 months for us mortals. UG labs exclusively hire hot Asian women, who are of course more efficient. For them it's the 70/30 rule. So it will be 3.33 months. Feb 12 + 3 1/3 would be ~May 20th.
