mrsloppyboo is having a bad experience from what he’s sharing, but my dealings with Micli have been stellar. both via email and Telegram. she (probably he) has come through.

i gotta wonder how much they can really do if the pack is being kicked around by post. we routinely see packs drop out of the blue after 30-45 days. i’m sure they have to ride it out before they cop a loss.
I’m not necessarily pissed about the package being stuck that’s not there fault I’m just a bit frustrated being left on read when asking for an update on a package with $1000+ worth of peptides. Miclix only responded when I asked if something was in stock. I’m going to place an order for oils tonight using a new rep

i can recommend ray, reply within 30 minutes if he is awake. reply within a day if hes sleeping. but i also keep questions to a minimum, if they're not related to sales i dont ask retarded questions

Some guy gave me the contact for Ray so I’ll be ordering from him tonight if he’s online. Need 2 boxes of Lantus as well that they owe me since they sent 14/16 pens. Hopefully we get that all sorted out. So far shitty first experience but who knows my first order with QSC they completely fucked up and didn’t refund me

I was pleasantly surprised to see 2 insulin pens from SSA arrive at my door this week, unbeknownst to me. I had ordered them in early December but due to an oversite by SSA (during a busy time of year) they weren't in my pack. It was no big deal, as it was just 2 Lantus pens, and Ray had told me I'd get a store credit on my next order. Then without saying anything it looks like he made sure the pens were sent -they obviously covered the shipping costs. This sort of thing goes a long way with me. They made a minor mistake and fixed it at no extra cost to me. That's how a good business is run and it's how these sources can build up a loyal customer base.

Maybe it was due to this tariff situation, maybe it wasn't. Either way it was the right thing to do and I appreciate the effort. Ray has been easy to work with and usually gets back to me regarding orders rather quickly. I'll keep going to SSA for most peptides and a few other things. Hopefully the geopolitical situation improves and we can all get back to business as usual... sooner than later.
 
I use dollar transfer. I feel I can do a lot more for a refund if something goes really wrong with dollar transfer than with bitcoin. QSC refunded me fully with USDC. Last order I paid through alibaba

Crypto is the default for all UGL sources. Have you only been buying from those that accept Alibaba Pay? SSA did once but like all sources their illegal activities gets their accounts suspended. Same thing for bank transfers. Crypto is just safer and easier for the source and customer.

I think another reason sources like crypto is you can't cancel the payment, which seems to be a clusterfuck for all parties involved. Maybe for regular goods but not gear.
 
When giving reviews about sales personnel i think its important to differentiate between what they have control over vs what they cant control.

Once shipped, its beyond their control.
Every vendor has a different reship policy, always ask what it is.

Some packs get stuck at customs for a really long time, some go missing etc. None of it they have control over. Have you ever dealt with a bad USPS/UPS mailman? I used to have one who always marked packages as delivered but only delivers a few days later..what a nightmare that was. :rolleyes:

Scans them before, that way he gets paid.. bugggers
 
Seems no one holding this ugl accountable anymore.
6 plus orders never had an issue . This last order has been a horrible experience . Got overcharged , asked for a breakdown of how she got to that number , and the answer was double shipping because 2 packages …. Ok …. I paid like $100 for shipping and here we are 3 weeks later no package lol
 
Regarding the customs inspection of some packages for the fedex dedicated line in the United States, we will arrange for them to be transported again after the May Day Labor Festival in China. We are waiting for the situation to improve and become clearer. Thank you all for your understanding and patience.
Appreciate the update. People handle delays and such better than the unknown and not knowing what is going on.

Google says this holiday is May 1st. Will they be sent out later that week or the following week or when?
And do we need to ask our reps to resend FedEx packs or will it be done automatically?
