MESO-Rx Sponsor Axle Labs - US Domestic

I had back surgery April 4. I've ran test cruise and/or cycle since 2010. Dabbled a couple times in tren. That last tren run was waaaaayyy too long bros. But thats water under the bridge. No experience in HGH. Just grabbed 240 iu kit from axle. ???Healing regimen please bros???
I’d start with 2iu of HGH before bed. If you notice any sleep issues (some people do), you can switch to morning dosing right after waking up.

For healing, definitely consider adding BPC-157 and TB-500 - 1mg of each per day. They work great together for post-surgery recovery. You can also throw in GHK-Cu at 2mg daily if you want to go all in - that part’s optional but can help with tissue repair.

As for test, I’d stick to TRT-level dosing until you’ve fully recovered. No need to push anything while your body’s focused on healing. Take it slow and smart - you’ve got time.

I appreciate the info Sir. I'll research the peptides. On test I wiened down to 125mg/wk just so bp didnt get me disqualified on surgery day. Whats reason for trying before bed first? I already have trouble sleeping.

Glad to hear you’re already on a smart TRT dose - that’s perfect for recovery.

As for HGH: most people start with nighttime dosing because it mimics your body’s natural GH pulse, which normally peaks during sleep. Plus, it’s easy pin and pass out. But here’s the thing: it can go either way with sleep.

For some, it actually improves sleep - deeper rest, easier to fall asleep. But for others, especially those already dealing with sleep issues, it can make things worse - restlessness, vivid dreams, or waking up in the middle of the night.

If that happens, switching to morning dosing (right after waking up on an empty stomach) is usually the fix. You still get the benefits, and it’s much less likely to mess with your sleep. So I’d say try it at night first - if your sleep gets better, great. If not, no problem - just move it to the morning. Easy adjustment.

Really? I must have missed those testing results. Where are they?
Hey Readalot. My apologies for the delay. I haven't logged in here in several months. The last time I ran labs was in late October 2024. I attached those labs below. At the time I ran these labs, I had been using Axle Labs (AL) Test-C 300mg for at least 6 months or so; cruising at 150mg twice a week. My E2 was high in the attached labs (sanitized for privacy). Absolutely no PIP or infections EVER. Never. I just wish AL made a 300mg 20ml vial.

As of today, I recently ran routine labs on April 8 (not hormones). All other markers, such as CRP, Lipids, Liver function panel, full hepatitis panel, GTT, CT scans of the entire abdomen and chest, and Fibroscan of the liver are normal. My Cystatin C-GFR test for kidneys was an 88. For my age of 50, an 88 is pretty good. The C-GFR is MUCH MORE accurate for assessing kidney filtration rate than E-GFR. My E-GFR ranged between a 50-60. Therefore my doc ran the C-GFR for validation. Also, imaging showed Kidneys were normal. I can post those sanitized labs if needed.

Also, my calcium score in my hearts' LAD has declined by 8 points (55 to 47). I have less than 25% plaque in the LAD. It's remained at this level since 2021 and stable without any statins. My high Vitamin D Level (79) and lack of inflammation, Dry Sauna use, and Zone 2 Cardio are foundational for keeping my vascular system healthy, preventing new plaque formation.

I have been exclusively using AL for the last year at least. I have yet to try the Nandrolone 400mg (Deca?). I'm losing weight right now and hope to include a therapeutic dose of AL Deca in 3-4 months. It's literally just collecting dust for now.

I should note that I also take an incredible amount of anti-inflammatory herbs, various high quality fats and oils, vitamins, electrolytes, Turmeric, ginger, cloves, oil of Oregano, Matcha green Tea, sulforaphane, and broad range of small amounts of freeze dried organ meats daily. I focus on having strong structural gut lining and overall gut health, consuming fermented foods and adequate fiber daily for short chain fatty acids is vital.

Plus, I focus on Zone 2 Cardio (4 total hours per week), plus 2 hours total of Dry Sauna to maximize Heat Shock Proteins (HSPs) and Endogenous human growth hormone production. I do all this to keep my gut health and immune system in check— and increasing insulin sensitivity. Body building is secondary in my overall health and well-being strategy.

As a Celiac (in remission) and having witnessed how debilitating Multiple sclerosis (MS) and other autoimmune diseases can be, there's nothing more important than keeping our gut health in order—period. If our gut is healthy and our immune system is rejuvenated and powerful, then I know every other organ is in good health.

Additionally, I take .5mg of AL Arimidex every two days, and for me, it's the sweet spot. If I miss a dose, I begin to have the classic elevated estrogen symptoms a day or so later.

In closing, I can vouch for AL quality as of my last purchase in November 2024 and 6 months or so prior. I sincerely hope there's been no deviation in AL quality.

Anything under 1mg at a time of BPC is a water of your time..
What type of surgery are you having performed? I hope is goes well, I am still recovering from having 2 hernias repaired 2 mo ths ago....

dont waste your time on such a low dose of bpc157 , from experience, 1 mg should be the "very least" a person should do for healing properties, and ime bpc157 really starts to show its true potential at 3 mg+ daily,,

Would that imply that having BPC at all in glow stacks are a waste of time? Not saying you’re wrong, but that protocol typically means getting only 0.2mg per day. Or is it specific to intent (surgery recovery vs skin health etc)?

I’ve some stocks, so will up my evening dose. It’s a septoplasty to improve breathing I’m getting done, so not a joint, but lots of soft tissue and catillage healing.

Readalot had enough and ditched Meso, fyi.

Minimum *temporarily* raised to $300 to catch up on order volume and also slow down orders a bit for everyone's safety.
I don’t care to hit the minimum order, but what about the orders I have put in before this post was made that I still have not received a response on?

No, what i would imply is that a "glow stack" where bpc is only dosed at .2mg is useless IMO. Found no extra benefit personally from adding GHK-Cu to the stack. I didnt start getting relief from my tendonitis and shoulder pain until I started dosing tb and bpc at 2mg a peice a day sometimes 2mg a peice 2x a day and it took a couple months to really start getting relief. I actually took about 3 months off to reset cause I ran them heavy for a year.. I wished I wouldn't have... but that's just my experince.. and opinion. I say start low and work up to the dose where u start to feel releif

I also prefer not to mix my peptides anymore.. I do them separately
