MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

Would you recommend taking any BP meds if CV issues aren’t really an issue? I have pretty optimal lipid markers, avg a 110/60 bp, and have a 50 rhr. I don’t want to drop anything too much and have to deal with reflex tachy which is a bitch, but anything to help the heart helps me

I wouldn't take anything. BP and RHR are so low already you're in danger of hypotension imo. Try to see a cardiologist about this and specifically ask what you should be doing for the best long term outcome.

Oh yeah I occasionally go “blind” and have passed out when I stand up, I guess I should’ve noted that .

Where did you find your cildipidine? I can't seem to find it and the white coat blocker would be super helpful.

PCT24.

But let me put this in context. Your low BP already affords you far more health benefits in terms of kidney protection, prevention of arteriosclerosis (which slows to a near stop with a diastolic under 65), etc that Cildipidine benefits are minor in comparison and you don't have the leeway for BP reduction from your baseline.

This is more "If you have to control high blood pressure, this is a nice set of positive side effects to accompany the med you need to do that."

Makes sense. My LDL is at 41 as well. Appreciate you brother.

Is it called something else on their price list? I don’t see Cildipidine on it

Hasn't updated the list yet, but see below:

Obviously the combo with Telm is the way to go. Hopefully he finds a less expensive option for the standalone tabs.

This partial list of new items came in an e-mail with the old list on Wednesday. Do with it as you will.

Cilnidipine 5 mg x 15 tabs - 2$
Cilnidipine 10 mg x 15 tabs - 4$
Cilnidipine 20 mg x 15 tabs - 6$
Abbott pharma T3 20 mcg x 100 tabs - 30$
Cilnidipine+Telmisaratan 10/40 - 1.3$
Mounjaro (TIRZEPATIDE) 5 mg - 80$

I have 500 tabs on the way that got left out by mistake. I’m interested in giving this one a go. I use 40mg telm and 5 mg neb now. Thoughts on adding this and taking neb out the equation or keep neb in? My average bp 115ish/70 and that is while blasting test mast NPP

Same question actually. My bp runs 97-99 / 55-63 so I'd take it purely for the other benefits.

If it ain't broke don't fix it.

You guys have good BP. That's really the main benefit.

Yeah i would say the same... some of these medications that we have easy access to are best to be told by a medical professional that a person needs to take them. I could be wrong but I don't think people need to be self diagnosing themselves so easily and taking all kinds ds of heart pills and shit just because.... I'm not that smart though .. just my thought

You ever met a Dr. before? I’m borderline retarded, self diagnosed (took the online test) and still know more than most of them.

Nothing better than walking into an office when you haven’t met your deductible yet and the doctor shrugs and goes hmmm idk, here’s a bill for $400 and a prescription for some antibiotics.

Gee thanks doc, I came to that same conclusion for free at home, and I already have all the meds.

Best of luck!

BP is controlled by my cardio doc and TRT & thyroid by an endo.

You can spend 10 minutes online and figure out TRT by yourself but I'd rather have medical professionals on BP & thyroid.

I've met many doctors before. Sure some are not as good as others.

But you never know, they might see something in your patient history that's contraindicated with one of the medications that you didn't see online. Especially if you're seeing a specialist (like a cardiologist for BP meds or endocrinologist for hormone stuff).

I’ve found a couple doctors in my life I like and respect, out of I couldn’t tell you how many. I saw a ridiculous amount of specialists for something non steroid related.

Maybe 5-10% have any clue what they are doing. It’s very disheartening.

I see one now who I like and who has a good idea what they are doing, but it is more of a friendship. We run tests. She asks me what I think I need/want, I tell her, she double checks it and sends the scripts off. I see her more outside of the office than in.

Inject potent steroids intended for livestock? No problem!

Experimental oral drugs with questionable effects, and data so minimal no one knows what dose to use like SLUPP? Go for it!

Injectable concoction of pharmaceuticals/vitamins designed by some anonymous rando like Lipo-c? Excellent!

Powerful asthma drug deemed too dangerous for human use, clenbuterol, at ever increasing doses to ensure you tremble, sweat and induce heart arrhythmias for as long as possible? Great idea!

---------

Treat your own uncomplicated condition using the basic guidelines a 1st year physician's assistant would, following the clear prescribing information for well documented, safe, widely used medicines produced by an actual pharma manufacturer?

ARE YOU INSANE??!! YOU'RE NO DOCTOR!

guys i haven’t ordered since october has anything changed since then? sorry for being so paranoid just being extra cautious with international now. loved the prices and selection of meds here.

Been using them for quite a while now. Last order a month ago was 3 packs landing 1,2, and 3 weeks after payment. Don't be concerned about the delay between getting UAE tracking # and seeing movement.

PS: I'm not saying this is gong to happen, but with de minimus ending for China and the tariff situation it's possible small packs from India come into the crosshairs soon as well, especially if shippers from China start routing packs through it. It wouldn't be a bad idea to grab what you'll need for a while since packs are still coming through with relative ease and remain exempt from tariffs (and therefore not requiring closer inspection) for the time being.

I’ve been using the hyplon-10

Works amazingly for sleep, I am a sufferer of PTSD and anxiety and it’s hard for me to sleep…no grogginess in the mornings BUT…. Stay in bed after you take it. The relaxing effect caused me to trip over my kids toys last night and hit my noggin on my marble window sill. Should’ve gotten some stitches but I had steristrips on hand so I’m g2g. Not gonna post the pic because I don’t remember the NSFW policy lol but maybe lol

This is absolutely my negligence for not starting with half the capsule, not the vendors fault at all. If a liquor store clerk sells a guy vodka and his crashes his car because he drank too much it’s HIS fault. Not the clerk.

I’m just posting this to advise others to split the caps and maybe even 1/3 at first. It’s harm reduction is all. I sincerely appreciate this vendor giving me access to drugs that improve my QOL and physical health
