EQ made my cardio wild. Now being at natty status basically. The difference is so noticeable. I get winded /fatigued so easy now compared to on EQ.Equipoise worked for me. I wasn't really taking it for better cardio at the time, but jumping on a treadmill and running for 4 miles was a hell of a thing to be able to do after not having ran or jogged in a good year or so.
It's pretty crazy isn't it? That 4 miles I ran, I could have gone farther than that, or ran for more time as I was on a treadmill, but after awhile it's boring as hell. But I had to come off due to my RBC/Hemo/Hema elevating fast and hard.
Wasn’t taking more than 300mg a week.
Hard to find that balance with elevated RBC. Cardio to bad sides

Just gotta keep ya ferritin levels up, donating can tank it.
EQ on my leg days. Really showed it’s a horse steroid. My legs had some wild endurance on lifts. Tempted to go back, I have 30 vials of EQ lol
And as far as cardarine. I’m Definitely staying away.
