You don’t need to use Wise for bank transfers. You can use your own bank and make the transfer. If you’re using Wise, then I agree with you: too many intermediaries and things go wrongHere is the way things usually work with crypto. You submit your order to the source. You provide a list of what you want, your name, address, and method of payment. They reply with a crypto addy and you send the funds, then follow that up with an email to the source with the transaction ID. In 3 or 4 days you ask for tracking. Done
Here is how bank transfers work. You email them the same as above. They send you bank transfer instructions. You send the funds then follow up with an email to the source with a PDF receipt or whatever proof you have. Wise provides PDF receipts. Then you contact the source in 3 or 4 days asking for a tracking number and they tell you they still haven’t received your funds. Give it a few more days then contact them again. In a few more days if you are lucky they have received your funds and everything is fine. But if not then it’s more waiting. If they never see it you are screwed.
But don’t take my word for it. Use the search function and look for the terms ‘bank transfers’ and read about other people’s issues. Or you can listen to some dumb ass here on this forum and continue to send money via bank transfer and go through what you are experiencing right now.
