for some reason they split my tiny fucking package into 2 so now i get to pay double customs fees with the local police so they could save a dollar... thanks for that.
I don’t think it’s cheaper for them to send two packages, they sent me two packages because the peptides came from one warehouse, and the other oils and tabs came from another according to them. Perhaps your items also came from multiple warehouses.
 
Finally got my order of promo H36 (black top/silver crimp). USPS fault… it got delayed for 5 days for whatever reason.

3/14. Ordered.
3/22. Tracking received (had to ask)
3/24. Received at USPS from ACI shipping partner.
4/2. Delivered.

Sent a couple of vials to Jano for mass, purity, and dimer testing. Should know in a week or so. View attachment 323595

I am having a bad experience with this vendor. I hope they resolve it.

I placed a first order with them and paid as they instructed by bank transfer.
Sent them the receipt.
Received a "Thank you for your trust and support..." email.
Then radio silence for 3 weeks.
I then queried whether they had any tracking details for me yet?
"Sorry your money did not reach our account, reclaim it from your brank."
"Sorry but the money left my account, did not return and went to the account you specified, please sort this out" (I have checked and re-checked, it was the account they said)
48 hours later and no reply yet...

This is not looking good.

This is not looking good.
Keep working with them. They will make it right. But your first mistake was bank transfer. Use crypto. Too many people have bank transfer issues.

What's the advantage of crypto? Is it because vendors might get their bank accounts shut down? I was avoiding it because it was riskier than cash to keep as its value fluctuates.

Don’t listen to him. I paid with bank transfer for two transactions already (one domestic, one Chinese) and didn’t have any issue. Ask your rep on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Stable coins value don't fluctuate
 
Yea, don’t listen to me. Nobody has issues with bank transfers. Ever. lol
Not that people have issues with coins too.., bank transfers (not that Wise shit that some dude did and was complaining here) are totally traceable lol. If you type the correct info the money will get there and the bank can prove it.

Here is the way things usually work with crypto. You submit your order to the source. You provide a list of what you want, your name, address, and method of payment. They reply with a crypto addy and you send the funds, then follow that up with an email to the source with the transaction ID. In 3 or 4 days you ask for tracking. Done

Here is how bank transfers work. You email them the same as above. They send you bank transfer instructions. You send the funds then follow up with an email to the source with a PDF receipt or whatever proof you have. Wise provides PDF receipts. Then you contact the source in 3 or 4 days asking for a tracking number and they tell you they still haven’t received your funds. Give it a few more days then contact them again. In a few more days if you are lucky they have received your funds and everything is fine. But if not then it’s more waiting. If they never see it you are screwed.

But don’t take my word for it. Use the search function and look for the terms ‘bank transfers’ and read about other people’s issues. Or you can listen to some dumb ass here on this forum and continue to send money via bank transfer and go through what you are experiencing right now.
