DSIP(Delta sleep-inducing peptide

Hello guys so recently I bought something just to try out from amino asylum nasal spray
It has:
  • Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide
  • Melatonin
  • Gaba
I kept reading good stuff on it anyone experience it I tried it 2 days in a raw I been waking up as if I got hit by a donkey lol
 
I just started with the dsip cuz I do have sleep issues. What I found is it does not increase the amount of hours that I sleep it changes the quality of my sleep so I don't spend too much time in a deep sleep I see like my sleep is more balanced between rapid eye movement and deep sleep which is what you want.
 
DSIP is making the rounds again with online peptide gurus. Not saying it's bunk, but GABA could be doing most of the heavy lifting in this stack:

Gaba is not a good long-term solution for improving sleep quality. For that, check out CBT-i.
 
I'm very hopeful on the peptides, truth be told though, the results are varied. For me, not sure if I think they are a step up from vitamins and a step down from gear ?
 
I was so excited when I bought it just to improve sleep over all it did seem to get me to sleep so fast but in the morning I don’t even wanna move out of my bed and the whole day I feel drowsy so disappointed

That would be the GABA, not DSIP. I don't think it's a good idea to fuck around with GABA supplements for sleep (or anything).

Edit: a full gram of GABA intranasally?? yikes
 
Yes I tried 2 days in row but I think I’m done the whole day no amount of caffeine been helping either

I have used DSIP 7 months at a smaller dose, 150mcg SQ. (I tried higher doses, but had headaches for hours.) I cycle 4 weeks on, 4 off. In the off weeks I use Pinealon. I agree with others: I don't sleep longer, but sleep is some of my best (feelz). Also, I am out of bed in 5 1/2 to 6 hours ... no laying around. I pop out and feel good - no fantastic energy, but good.

Oh ok got it. In which case it's the 1 gram of GABA intranasally.

I still don't like blasting the gaba pathway for sleep.

Benzo's & phenibut cause dependence, need to increase the dose, and nasty withdrawal. Ambien and the Z-drugs just don't work long-term.

I wish they could put CBT-i in a pill or better yet injection for the knuckle draggers here xD

Did you find that days without using DSIP, your sleep quality was worse off? I'm dabbling in it and speculating this for non-DSIP nights, even after only using for a couple of days.

I'm looking to start DSIP and was researching the dose. While people/ai suggest 400-600mcg, in a copy of Peptide Protocols by Dr. Seeds I read a recommendation od just 100mcg, with optional titration to 50mg after "the patient stablizes".

Interestingly, he claims it increases LH, and in turn endogenous Testosterone.

waste ofoney like most peptides, snake oil.Tri d most of them and weak at best, Tirz wnd tesmorlin are the only ones Inwould spend money on.
 
I was looking at DSIP also. Never pulled the trigger on it because of all the mixed results. Also never know who's giving the review, it's all subjective I feel. Maybe placebo. If it works for anyone here let us know. This community seems to be very honest in my short time here...good, bad, otherwise it seems to all come out here.
 
Well, last night at 100mcg 45m before sleep, it managed to ruin my sleep.

I had a hard time falling sleep, and then it was very shallow whole night. I have sleep issues anyways, but this was another level.

Seeds suggested 3h before bed. Maybw I timed it wrong.
