It's an individual response. Friend of mine is at 2800mg dl mean messurement 2x a week (before next shot) on 200mg per week test e from qsc. However it doesn't mean he"s growing more than me who tests about half of that for the same dose. Huge genetic component there. Thing is. His androgen receptors are either less sensitive or he has less of them than myself.for example. I respond extremely well on the same dose. The mg dl bloodwork measurement doesn't tell the whole story. Slow or fast test metabolism is also a component. Blood work is not a benchmark against others, it's to guide your individual response to varying compounds and dosages.
It all depends on when you test, who does the test, the injection location, and every fucking variable known to man. I am using QSC Test-C and here is some examples of how wild the blood test results are. Oh, I always take the test at the same time, same lab, and 1 day after last injection. The only change is injection location and if I have other compounds in the mix.

My qsc test e that I sent to janoshik tested 13mg higher than the 250mg it was labeled at.
Check out my blood work in the blood test forum or what ever it's called. My test level is really low and estrogen high. Mine was supposedly test e. I've been waiting on test results to come back to find out what it is.
Now thats a reasonable response imo , i'm also in my 50's and 200 mg Test c puts well within the 1300-1500 range , ive even had an 1800+- with ft at 670+- , e2 was also elevated to about 70's ,
55 sucks brother... strong dick and shoulders but my bloodwork always has an issue like lipids or hematocrit or bp.... I dropped 16lbs on tirzepatide and was able to drop a BP med and hope to drop the statin for cholesterol. Mad respect for ya.
