I heard there are also lots of Raws produced from India and Mexico but cannot find one here that sells raws..Maybe the china situation is getting crazier and crazier.

As for raws it is helpful for customs to not order more than 400g at a time. At least for Philippines the limmit for powder is 400grams and more than that the customs will definitely seize them.
What chinese sellers do is disguise them usually for me I recieved ones disguised in Home Grout packaging and some in Orange juice packs complete with dried fruits. The problem is if you order like 1kg the sellers misdeclare the weight which leads to more red flags to customs. so better adhere to your country 's limmit

Dont state "we guarantee safe delivery" as an advertising phrase in your sales pitches then you fucking moron. Even a smooth brained numb skull would comprehend that comment to mean a standard reship policy if shit gets seized.
I'm by no means sticking up for these guys, but in the 15 years I have been buying raws, I have NEVER found a company from china that charged less than 50$ for shipping or that didn't recharge the shipping fee to resend a pack that got seized by customs, and I couldn't count how many different companies i've dealt with in that length of time. Me personally I gladly repaid the shipping twice that I remember of to get a package that customs took, The way I look at it, It sure as hell wasn't the shippers fault.. Hell QSC even charged 50$ for shipping,i paid it to them gladly to. I'm not saying these guys aren't scammers, But if you find somebody that gladly reships packages for Free when they were seized and and don't even charge shipping... I just ordered today from a source on here that everybody highly recommends, And has been getting pack through and he charged 60$ lol

It sounds like them reshipping with just the cost of the shipping is a one-off for this single customer who complained enough about it. From the way it sounds based on the source they do not offer reships on seized orders.

Every raw supplier I've seen that's even remotely decent in the past 2 years has offered some form of reship on seized packs
If the company is upfront about the re ship then you know in advanced but when they say multiple times that they GUARANTEE Successful Delivery even a methed out Compton crack head would understand what GUARANTEED delivery means. Just don't lie for customers.
