Combo of the GOD for a bodybuilder:
Telmisartan 40-80mg / cilnidipine 10mg / nebivolol 5mg / indapamide 1.5mg
Change Cilnidipine for lercanidipine o lacidipine if you don't have access to the first. Cilni 0 edema, the other two 3/6% edema Vs amlodipine 30+%
Telmisartan if you can run it at 80mg do it but check your potassium level.
Be careful of sodium and potassium level after adding indapamide as well.
Nebivolol no major side effect expected.
These are the best quad meds performance wise for a bodybuilder and I challenge anyone to prove the opposite xD

Sampei is likely not wrong with this stack here - I mentioned the “standard stack” because if you are using telehealth in the US you can almost certainly get the drugs I mentioned. Totally agree there can be swaps that could be better.

I’ve read varying things about running Nebivolol if you’re gonna be doing high intensity exercise. I don’t do a lot of high intensity as a rule, but I do have a rogue fan bike that gets me my cardio and that thing will get the heart a thumping. You all haven’t experienced anything negative in terms of heart rate/exercise/nebivolol?

Sort of a side topic but 10mg cilnidipine is working out well for me. 3 days in and no edema like before. One big difference between cilnidipine and amlodipine is half life. Amlodipine had a 30-50 hour half life which is wild, but cilnidipine only has a 7.5 hour half life. Telmisartan has a 24 hour half life which to me is perfection. Nebivolol has a 12-19 hour half life depending on how well you metabolize. I’m taking the Telmisartan and Cilnidipine at night and the Nebivolol in the morning. My goal is to ensure I have the best 24 hour coverage.
What are your thoughts on the timing of taking each? I’m not experiencing any sides at all with my current protocol.

I wouldn’t ask for a source on here but as to the cilnidipine, I’m just curious if you’ve found an online telehealth clinic that has prescribed that to you. I have nothing against UGL for aas but for medications I may likely need to be on for the rest of time I prefer a prescription so I am always guaranteed it. And if I lose the doc, or the clinic goes tits up, I can always take the script to a new doc and get the meds. That’s the only reason I ask.
I too thought the telmisartan half life was money especially compared to lisinopril.

My understanding is while cilnidipine has a small half life the actual BP lowering effects last quite long. (From my short google and pubmed searching I did a few weeks ago)

Look up PCT 24x7. The two popular India Pharma sources on Meso do not have it on their price list but they can get it if you ask. Cilnidipine isn’t being prescribed in the US for BP so India Pharm is your best bet. Amlodipine is prescribed but I got bad edema and had to stop taking it.
If you wanna get it through USA pharmacies you need to swap Cilnidipine for one of the two alternative I have written in the stack. Lercanidipine or lacidipine
Yeah correct half-life seems short but the BP effect cover easily for 24hrs no issue. That's why cilnidipine is just one pill a day.
I have bought a 1000 of it from India xD I hope they will not get seized.

Yea. I found this in a study.
“The anti-hypertensive effects of Cilnidipine are significant, with good oral absorption and a
long duration of action. After oral administration, drug concentrations peak at 1.8 to 2.2 hours and show a half-life of 7.5 hours. However, despite a shorter half-life, Cilnidipine exhibits a prolonged duration of anti-hypertensive action. It is postulated that Cilnidipine exhibits a high protein binding of 98%, which prolongs the duration of action”
If any of you need an Indian source for cilnidipine I have found one that sells 10mg X10 0.50 cents brand cilniheal (very good one).

That's the way. Start with 5mg of Ezetimibe first, and if it's not enough, then add a statin, but I've been on Ezetimibe only for years, it's more than enough for me.

I will probably consider that very thing, because unfortunately it appears as though those other drugs you’d listed aren’t available in the US actually. I could be wrong, but that’s what I’m gathering after googling. The US is kind of a son of a bitch when it comes to medicines and healthcare. God forbid they approve or make accessible anything that will actually help you.
If you say your Indian source is good and it’s legit stuff, I have no reason to doubt you. You seem like a man who doesn’t cut corners

I’ve been on chlorthalidone. I tolerated it well, had no sides except increased urination which I mean, ya know. The bp “specialist” I was using at the time claimed it was the finest of the thiazides. It didn’t seem to budge my bp but in the drugs defense, nothing thus far really has to any meaningful effect
You will not be disappointed by the source trust me. The guy is eager to do good and has excellent prices on many things. I just bought a 1000 cilniheal pills and he shipped it in less than 12 hours.
Has been already tested by few ppl and all got what expected and you get specifically the brand he tells you he has or he can source other if you prefer.

I might as well grab some 10mg Nebivolol also when he responds.
I don't like combo pills unless you are 80 years old and forget to take your pills. Much prefer to be able to decided single dosage of every meds.
As a diuretic I suggest you stick to indapamide as it's the only one I have found that doesn't increase insulin resistance and it's slow release so one pill in the morning and that's it
