Well boys… might be the end of gear for me.

Well boys n girls.
I’m outside the gym for the first time since
February 15th. Almost a month. Damn. That’s sad lol.
All these issues, I’d say are about 70% gone.
Donated blood. At the time my Hemoglobin was around 19. No bueno. RBC was probably higher than I previous stated as well.
Couple hours after donating I felt so light and floating like. As if a weight was taken off me.
My blood was thick for way too long.
Was a major issue for me I guess.
Stopped the iron supplement few days ago.
(Still on extra vitamin D & C + all my other supplements)
Going to pull labs for Ferritin tomorrow if I get off work early enough.
So I know my levels and can keep tabs with regularly donating.
Adding more steak/red meat in my diet. And cream of rice here and there.
Got referred to an Endo. Going to dive deeper into my labs with them, see what they might suggest given my familys history of heart and thyroid problems.

So glad you are feeling better. Any provider ever discuss hyperviscosity syndrome or effects of high whole blood viscosity?
Lots of misinformation out there that "elevated Hct is harmless" but no fine print that high Hct plus elevated plasma viscosity can be a real issue.
Anyway, glad you are doing better now. I do baby aspirin plus 10k FU of nattokinase daily. Something to look into.

Sorry but I'll take a medical expert's advice on potential harm of chronically high HCT over some of these dolts that just parrot each other on this topic and then gang up on those who disagree (its one thing to have an opinion its another to attack other people for not agreeing especially on a topic like this).
I only take Nattokinase if my numbers show high on personally pulled bloods. I do take aspirin daily. I am one of those that had to stop donating though because my iron levels take forever to recover.
it can be a fine line for some to keep their iron in range and their blood counts in range while on PEDs.
I like to gang up on the gang (by myself usually). Lol.
Yeah, to your point I don't donate unless for the good of it to help others.

I can’t think of any better way for one to demonstrate a lack of intellectual capacity.

That much I get, but the “coming back from the dead” part sort of implies that it’s an imaginary scenario and not an actual threat. I will look for opportunities to use that expression, however. I can imagine the reaction I’ll get when I’m in my local grocery store, “Berkeley Bowl”. Aside from being an amazing market with a tremendous variety of high quality foods, it’s populated by exactly the kind of people you can imagine. Bleeding heart, oblivious, quasi-wealthy, ultra-liberal Karen types that will defend brown people to the death until they want to move into her neighborhood. Say “excuse me”’in an attempt to get by their oblivious carcass and they’ll give you such a scowl. That’s when I’m going to unleash, “step aside or I’m gonna fuckstsrt your face!”

Used to live on the back side of Lion Country Safari in Loxahatchee Fl. We would throw our beer cans at the monkeys across the canal and they would try to fling shit back at us.
That was just plain weird and creepy dude! Take a break from this place for a few days and stop freaking us out
