i wish i could give a good answer. i can only really speak on my experiences. despite getting a few love letters in the past from other countries of origin, India has proven to be the most reliable time and time again.

There was a crackdown on shipments from India last year. That prompted a shift to shipping from UAE, which make it through just more easily now.

Strict enforcement has lightened up on packs originating from India now as well,

Local Customs in India may start getting tough too. Interpol has been wooing indian and Pakistani customs a lot these days. They're even hosting 6 months long 'exchange of ideas on cooperation and moving forward' program (Ends in May). It's also being partly funded by the EU. So anticipate a bit more rowdiness moving forward. Even the trade wars may cause slight disruption
