Well boys… might be the end of gear for me.

Well I suppose I’m due to donate some blood.

RBC 6.1
Hemoglobin 18.4
Hematocrit 55

Wonder if the 18.4 hemo is causing my dizziness and weakness it’s elevated.

A1C is 5.4

I know tests are still coming in (kudos for following up on all those for your health situation) and I don't think there's a formal diagnosis yet, but do you have a feeling or guess what it was?

Yeah so
Doctor also ordered
C-REACTIVE PROTEIN, SEDIMENTATION RATE,
AUTOMATED, VITAMIN B12, VITAMIN D 25 HYDROXY, FERRITIN, IRON +TIBC

Cardiologist said he’s sure my heart is fine. Nothing on labs or examine pointing to any issues. Stress test / echo later this week.

The BP med actually drastically dropped my BP to around 115-120 average.

Chest pain has subsided for two days.
Blood sugar has been stable since BP med & Iron, and a different multi vitamin.

My guess. Given my ferritin over a year ago was 43. And I blasted some cycles and hopped off. It might be pretty low.
I cut out red meat and a lot of things. So I really wasn’t getting much iron in my diet or supplements.
I hope it’s just that. But I could also be deficiency in something else.

Forgot to mention apolactoferrin for iron. Jarrow sells a product on Amazon. May also help support immune system.

Appreciate that.

So I just remembered as I’ve been going thru lists and problems with me.

Last time I donated blood. For a good week or two after. I had similar weakness and dizzy spells.
And typically donating blood lowers your ferritin. And as someone else stated in here, they donated too much and had this exact issue.

My guess. My ferritin might be low

So anything to reduce iron orrr directly help cut hematocrit and hemaglobin without directly affecting iron, if iron is steady?

Methylene blue perhaps from what ive heard may help bring down h&h

Was headed to donate blood to control my elevated blood, because I was feeling pretty decent for once and well nope.
my blood sugar crashed again.

Happened very fast and out of nowhere.

I’m Hydrated and I’ve eaten a few times today.

So now I’m feeling pretty down & defeated right now. I’ve been doing nothing but sitting on my ass for days. I can barely even do anything. Missing work too.

Shouldn’t be having these issues at 27. I was doing good in all aspects of life, now this shit happened.

About to say F this and go to hospital. And ask for every test possible. I’m miserable right now.

Another symptom that low ferritin/iron brings with it … anxiety. Hang in there man.

To be clear.. my guess is you crashed your ferritin with the frequent donations. Your last blast/TRT usage/diet did not do you any favors either.

As I stated earlier, I understand but wish you could’ve got your ferritin levels checked before taking iron supps. It may have given you peace of mind that you are looking for. I get it though, this is where you are now. Be the thankful all of your test are coming back good. It’s frustrating but hang in there.

If it makes you feel better, research the fuck outta iron and ferritin and the impact it had on the human body. You may read some things that’ll put you at ease.

Yeah just the waiting game sucks.

And considering I haven’t donated blood in over a year… I’ve only done labs. Crazy my ferritin would crash out.
But yeah I couldn’t wait to get labs. Longer I wait. The more work I’ll miss. So I had to supplement everything possible

I think you’re missing the impact the compounds we run testosterone, primo, basically whatever raises RBC’s, Hematocrit, and HGB’s have on depleting ferritin levels. Not to mention foods that chelate/bind to iron which makes your body rid iron. Plus the fact you dropped red meat. Couple all of those factors with frequent blood donations and draws … you have the perfect storm.

This is just my theory/research and my personal experience. I learned the hard way. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hang in there, your labs will be back soon.

i only did read the first page of thread but could be anexity attack or panic attack especially when it was not on vacation

That reminds me, if you don't mind, you once mentioned you use .20um filters at your hospital. Just out of curiosity, is that for lyophilized drug prep, or in line for IVs?

No worries, I don’t mind.

They’re honestly not that frequently used, and this is at one of the best resourced and ranked hospitals in the US.

Main use case is in line when giving TPN and lipids, also occasionally for specific types of chemo drugs or drugs being given in the epidural space.

Never seen them used for reconstitution level filtration but would have to ask the nurses/pharmacy

Yeah that makes sense, you aren't reconstituting in the treatment area.

I have list of peptide/protein drugs from the EU that the manufacturer's require filtration after reconstitution, around 69%, 26% that say nothing, and 5% that explicitly instruct not to, which are very low dose drugs where potential filter adsorption could be an issue. I assume it's similar in the US,

Thanks for the info.

Labs - Everything has come back in a “normal” range. But as many of you know sometimes you still feel off, even being in a certain range.

Brought up my blood sugar issue with my doctor. She recommended a nutritionist…
“Maybe you’re eating simple sugars, and not complex carbs”
Yeah I don’t need that lady. I’ve only been consuming simple sugars when my sugar crashes. Because not even a big bowl of cereal, rice, potatoes, beans, etc will even budge my blood sugar.

the highest reading ive gotten on my glucose monitor was 97 and a 102.
20 minutes after a handful of candy..
One hour I was at 88
Two hours 79/80.
(these are the average off 3 test strips)

Full day of eating and I don’t budge past 90.

Asked for a CGM prescription. So I have a record for the next doctor.
Probably going to see and Endocrinologist
My thyroid has constantly been reading in the .90-.80’s which is very close to hyperthyroidism.

And for now I’m just going to be drinking juice/body armors to see if that’ll at least allow me to get up n moving around at a some what of a demanding physical level.
I need to go back to work.

Good to see that you're still actively participating in the process. I think many would've given up by now. An endo could provide new insights, even on stuff not primarily related to your original concerns.
Rather be alive and healthy with bills than 6 feet under

Looking to be pretty thick blood & low ferritin
Making for a fun time with this weakness and host of other sides.

BP med has completely fixed the chest pain and fatigue. So that’s dope.

one thing at a time.

Depending how I feel and how my Echo comes back. few weeks of feeling good. And It maybe small cycle time.
But if it comes back iffy. I’m dropping gear all together.

not quite, not quite.

Member said he was running test and primo but stopped and was experiencing mysterious illness with breathing and or heart.

Test and primo wouldn’t be causing that.

Many cases have reported mysterious illness with the jab , in regards to heart and breathing issues.

Seems I was getting downvoted because members were upset I asked if he got the jab. They took offensive to it and downvoted as if my question was meant to make fun of or insult

Assuming you got the jab tho?
Why did you ask that specific question? Was it the first thing that popped into your head when you read what he was going through?
I downvoted you because I thought it was a stupid question, frankly. You were talking to an adult with his own decades long medical history, who is a steroid user to boot and your first question was about whether or not he had a covid vaccine. It's ridiculous. What would your response have been if he said "yes"? Would it have been "well then that's what the problem is right there. Case closed."? You know exactly what you were doing.

Then again, I can't see the work you did to narrow things down to a vaccination, so I could be wrong. Maybe you can set me straight.

And before you ask, yes I did have the vaccine. Believe me, when I die young from all of the stupid shit I've done to my body over the years, and one of you jokers decides to post up something like "oh maybe he shouldn't have got the JAB" for my wife and kids to see, I'll be coming back from the dead immediately and making a special trip to their house to fuckstart their face.
