Test C not dissolving

What am i doing wrong here? Thanks for the help.
Using an online brew calc.
100ml at 250mg/ml (25g Test-C, 50ml MCT, 25ml BB, 2ml BA)
Heated all the way up to 200f on heated magnetic stir plate.

Another thing I found out was.I couldn't find good reviews on a good magnetic hot plate that cost less than 300 hundred dollars, Everyone I saw under a hundred dollars had reviews that the thing broke after a couple months of use, I needed one that would reach 600c for another project at the time and they were running about five hundred bucks. Maybe you guys found one that's good quality for cheap, All the ones I found were garbage in the reviews under 300 - 500$. And honestly It takes a whole 5 minutes on the stove to melt a batch of raws, and hardly any stirring at all. I swear you have more stirring involved , making a bowl of scrambled eggs, I just feel like they have a place for certain things, even being a necessity, but for mixing raws..... They practically mix themselves in my opinion It's a 5 to ten minute process I feel like the hot plate with a stirrer is just overkill, but I accept your criticism, everybody has a right to an opinion

I never make more than two hundred grams at a time, that shit melts so fast, Someday I might get one but not for that, I need one for something that actually require stirring and heating for hours and hours at a time, home brewing is ridiculously easy, As long as you know how to keep everything sterile, the rest is gravy.

I've been doing this over a decade ,It's very simple, I just don't see a reason for it, Yeah it would be cool, But I don't really see a reason to spend the money on it.

Im not trying to be a wise ass... If I was making some fuming red nitric acid,yeah a bad ass hot plate would be cool,but mixing 4 things in a container and heating it for 5 or 10 minutes, It just seems like overkill to me, yeah.
I would like one but do I honestly need it? And will it give me a better quality product?? More than likely no, But I hear where your coming from, everybody likes to do things differently.

Sending samples to Janoshik was delayed because I had issues with bitcoin. I have only the bare minimum knowledge necessary to purchase and send bitcoin from a Coinbase account that I set up years ago. I knew it wasn't the best option for purchasing from UGLs, but I just never cared to learn more about it. However, this time Coinbase asked me to verify my identity by, not only sending a photo of my DL, but also submitting a video of myself repeating a phrase. I closed my Coinbase account and started the tedious process of learning how to buy and send bitcoin 100% anonymously. What a PITA! I couldn't find an easy solution, so I opted to just use another payment method with Janoshik. F it.
I sent a couple additional samples from a different supplier as well. I'll post the test results from all as soon as I receive them.

Phwew, damn they're making it hard these days. Spaceman Spiff has a point, if they let ya use a credit card, that's cool. If you're worried about an audit at some point (personally, I do, but for different reasons than most), I don't think they'll know what that purchase is. A lot of places like Jano's make themselves look like a flower shop or something, throws them off the track. Not that he has to worry, it's a legit business, nothing illegal about it.

Like I previously posted, I was delayed on sending the samples due to my bitcoin issues. I finally just said F-it, used a CC and sent them off.
Expected delivery to Janoshik is Monday 2/24. Not sure what his turnaround time is, but I'll post results as soon as I receive them.
At the same time, I sent two other samples of different AAS raws from a different supplier and will post those as well.

This might be overboard, but I mean, you never can be to safe , but I personally since I have excess syringe filters just double tilter my shit. When you buy in bulk like I did, it literally costs almost nothing to do this and because I'm not selling it and just using it for me, it's peace of mind really. Plus, my stuff always comes out super nice and clear. Also, as a rule of thumb, try to always buy usp It just takes out a lot of the guesswork about if it's Clean or not.

Other two raw powders tested were from SSA.
BLUE 003 Supplier = SSA, NP - 95.19%
GREEN 005 Supplier = SSA, Tren E - 96%
