You and me both, brother! Looking forward to finding a reasonable and sustainable diet and just sticking to it. Never really maintained for any meaningful amount of time in my life; always been either bulking or cuttinguhohh , looks like some side obliques starting to pop, i cant wait till your shredded, that will be a nice look given your mass and proportions,,
I am rocking these 99% of gym sessions: Amazon.comhey TT , what brand gym shirts are you currently rocking?
And then I have some T shirts from several years ago from Costco which are Mondetta Stone brand...they don't make these ones anymore. They were a steal at like $7 per shirt and have served as great tees for the gym or just casual out and about.
Outside of those two, I have enjoyed my Bylt Performance T Shirt as a replacement for the Mondetta t-shirts, but they are much more expensive. Though they are not quite as breathable as the Mondetta fabric, they appear of higher quality and looks like they'll stand the test of time.
I'm a big fan of plain, zero logo or minimal logo / design on my clothes. After leaving high school, I decided I didn't want to advertise for apparel and consumer packaged goods companies for free.
Just kidding. I realized I looked way better with a simple wardrobe of complementary colors, several pairs decent shorts, pants, button down / ups (someone spare me the history lesson on the difference), polos, tees, athletic shoes, sleds, and tweeners.
I didn't intend for this to segue into my clothing portfolio philosophy and reasoning, lol.
I'm always on the lookout for dri fit / synthetic 4 way stretch tees that are a decent price and hold up to continual use and abuse (wash and dry on highest).
Not that anyone cares, but some of the brands I have found work really well for me while not looking like shit and not costing a kidney:
1) Lulu Lemon (ABC Pants, Mock Slacks, Couple types of casual out and about shorts)
2) Mizzen and Main (Button down 4 way stretch long sleeves, button down short sleeve 4 way stretch, polos
3) Bylt (casual tee for everything except an upscale night out)
4) NELEUS (goated tank tops; i like to size up from normal cuz a big fan of the way it hangs off the chest and doesn't stick to stomach / sides
5) Amazon Basics ( workout shorts. haven't found better ones for the price. sub $10. stained? toss. can't undo draw string knot? toss. any problem at all? refresh. I like to be able to refresh workout clothes since they do start to get a stench after some time)
6) Under Armour (they have some good joggers that don't elastic around the ankle so allows for a bit of airflow and more reasonably priced than lulu)
All I can think of off the top of my head rn.
Thanks for attending my TED Talk.
