Makes sense. I was initially on a med with a diuretic as well. Dropped the diuretic first, then dropped the olmesartan later.

I have 10 vials of QSC primo 200 and have noticed a few floaters in the first half used vial, I will filter the opened vial but can I just take the cap/rubber from the sealed vials and just transfer to new ones? Or will they filtering?
Opening a seat sterile vial to open air exposes it to possible bacteria and or mold causing the gear to become unsterile.. you will need search the many threads on how to refilter your gear.. Id that's too much trouble I can always take them.of your hands.....I have 10 vials of QSC primo 200 and have noticed a few floaters in the first half used vial, I will filter the opened vial but can I just take the cap/rubber from the sealed vials and just transfer to new ones? 37€ now just for this, 20€ first time, 10€vials, 10€ some shady filters im not using
and my time...for 50ml of amps
total disaster but I was not smart about it. Leason learned I guess... but wish I had bought vials as intended...
You'll learn "or your feet will be held to the fire!"Problem is frame of reference. I just joined here so I don't know what the normal amount of product someone will use is. I should have kept my mouth shut but I'm not good at that.
Just buy pre-sterilized vials. You can get them in larger sizes as well; just make sure they're ultra spec.I have 10 vials of QSC primo 200 and have noticed a few floaters in the first half used vial, I will filter the opened vial but can I just take the cap/rubber from the sealed vials and just transfer to new ones? Yeah, like I said, I didn't spend more than I was comfortable spending. Peace of mind was part of that equation. There's also a Now vs later aspect.. lol. Some of us stocked up on Tirz when it was still $2.2/mg.. Tracy had promos for $0.5/mg. It is what It is
Yeah, telehealth might help. But that plus meds might be expensive for a while before it comes down. I've paid like, $1 per dose. (Didn't do the actual math. Lazy.) But cheap enough that now I don't have to bother thinking about it for a while regardless of anything else. Even if I lose my job or great health insurance, it's one thing I just don't have to worry about. I already have it.Internet doctors. They already prescribe without a consultation.
I don't shut up. It's an ongoing issue. I'm working on it.You'll learn "or your feet will be held to the fire!"![]()
Never change!I don't shut up.
Never change!
Oh, I wasn't trying to speak against your rationalization. Was just reminiscing how one didn't really envisage a crash in prices of stuff like Tirz and Reta and as stock was gradually being built, the most convenient (almost Amazon like) vendor went poof, triggering panic. As soon as Tracy brought a Sema and Tirz promo, I went all in. I couldn't but laugh at myself anytime Yet another promo was announced. Those Tirz 60mg went cheaper for what I bought Tirz 20 for in a GB that seemed like a steal at the timeYeah, like I said, I didn't spend more than I was comfortable spending. I was lucky. I only started this kind of thing around October, so I joined just as prices were crashing, but before all the zero pep/ bad raws drama of December/January and customs issues. So many people got ripped off.Oh, I wasn't trying to speak against your rationalization. I don't think you know what you're asking for.
Always good info from youWe now know that even mild hypertension, 130+, over several years can damage kidneys,
50% of adults have high blood pressure.
75%+ of those don't have it controlled.
1 in 5 with hypertension will develop chronic kidney disease, which has no symptoms in its early stages.
The latest guidelines from cardiology associations in the US and Europe now advise beginning treatment as soon as systolic rises above 120, to minimize the risk of organ damage.
If medication is required to reach ideal BP, with modern meds, for most people, it's not difficult to find a combination and dose with excellent long term safety profiles and often no side effects, frequently in a single pill taken once a day.
Unfortunately, many primary care providers don't seem well versed in hypertension care, don't keep up with the current best practices, and aren't putting in the effort that would best serve patient's long term health.

Answering that will either sound like bragging, or make me sound pathetic, depending on your perspective. I'm not sure which is worse. I don't sleep much.Try me.
Not a question directed at me but I am also using cialis 5mg per day. (Penis works fine FYI)Curious, did you get congestion or back pain for the first few weeks? Seems to be the reason some guys drop it, but I think those sides disappear within the first month for most.
Always good info from you
I did cut energy drinks to almost none a few years back as doc suggested as I had mild hypertension and my blood pressure has been 120/80 ever since.
Still check it regularly in the morning

I am Italian so I prefer espresso ristretto and the plus side is that it doesn't raise my blood pressure (checked)I’ll die before I drop energy drinks.
