An investigative journalist isn't terrible at their job unless they publish something before thoroughly verifying its authenticity. A movie clip? Give me a break, man. He didn't even attempt to verify it. Someone told him "bro you won't believe what I've found" and the fuckin guy grabbed it and ran straight to the media with it. Surely some will figure something out, but there will always be a subset of the population that lack the ability to generate enough economic activity to support themselves. They're not even competent enough that the military is willing to put them to use. What do you propose happens to those folks?

Undoubtedly the US needs a thorough reform in immigration. We should be attracting professionals that we need and that would be it. Canada and Australia do that. If we need doctors, import doctors. If we need nurses, import nurses. Etc etc. The way things are today, you either get people at the very top of the food chain or at the very bottom.

With shelter and food being the primary contributors to the cost of living for the working class in the US, I'm sure everything will be fine.

That post in no way implied the army was a repository for idiots, it's just factually correct, someone with an IQ of <80 would find it basically impossible to pass the ASVAB. Let's not pretend that since Vietnam the military has been recruiting rocket scientists and mathematicians, there's obviously above-average people in the service but you won't find many amongst the enlisted.

You know most leftists(including straight up Socialists and Communists) don't actually like illegal immigration, right? That's a Liberal thing because they want their indentured servants.

The difference is that Liberals don't see how the United States purposely destabilizes countries, especially in South America to create this reserve army of labour to suppress wages in the first place.
