I know bro, I didn't mean it in a bad way, I honestly meant to keep bumping, he does check the thread way more than even his email.

He's also a trustworthy source that probably just suffers from the same thing every other source currently operating full force is. Way higher demand than usual, with a bunch of big dogs out for a while. You guys bumping the thread helps keep it higher up instead of shitty sources.

My order 19897's tracking hasn't updated since the 23/01. The last update may let think that it arrived to my country but it's actually not the case.
As a proof, I can give a tracking number of another package which took the exact same road with the same transporter within the exact timeframe.
For that one, it actually landed in my country the 30/01 and I received it the 03/02.

So, maybe can it be the time to start or to talk about a reship now?

Not sure how it works in your country, but some packs randomly don't move for a month or more before they start moving again.

It doesn't matter if another pack took the "same road" and landed. It seemingly happens at random. Sucks to be waiting tho

You are most surely close from the truth. I order quite often online from multiple locations around the world. (Many tracking numbers available) From my experience it seems that when parcels arrive in the country/city they are separated according to their originating continent unless if they are national ones (in which case they kinda are going straight to the "to be delivered asap" line somehow..)

So far, most of the time when one parcel is announced to take off to my destination and nothing happens for 3 weeks then it never update again 99% of the time. The only time it did was to made a final update to confirm the seizing of the parcel. (no customs letter ever received)..

Also, regarding the two parcels, the tracking from BGPharma indicates an unsolved event regarding the customs which the other parcel hasn't (it went through from A to Z).

Anyway, we surely can't now for sure if I will receive in the coming days or weeks even with an experience of several years of intense online shopping. It would definitely be very unusual.
In all cases, since I can't find no info regarding the matter on the site I would really grateful to know what would be the next steps.

Please excuse me for the long text, I really don't mean to monopolize the public space nor in order to get pleasure in giving @BG pharmaceuticals a long read.
I actually just felt the need to do so mainly in hope to ease the process to find a solution with @BG pharmaceuticals

I think the standart is to wait some time before reship. I will answer the email in the next days.

FFS it's clen, it has to be dosed so low UGLs have no way of measuring it accurately, literally, period. Sopharma is pharma clen. If you're gonna take clen, don't risk it, 5-10 bucks difference for a solid cycles worth of fat burner is not the end of the world.

I don't use clen, but was actually positively surprised even pharma is so cheap.
