My grandfather is 92 years old and his older brother passed at 94, both smoke a bit of tobacco and work relentlessly doing garden and anything besides sitting down. He believes staying active keeps him alive, while his friends and everyone he know who retired withered away quickly.
His advice: Keep busy, set goals, and never stop moving since we aren’t super young we already past the age of having offsprings so don’t let the body think it’s now without purpose, the body gives up. Always keep busy and he takes magnesium and vitamin D believe it’s the only supplements, great mental health and very wise.

What does the stopper look like after you stick an 18g in it? Does the hole heal? From recent posts i starting to think I’ve never had a self healing stopper before from other vendors, one it just leaves an actual hole that leaks, the other tries to close and doesn’t seem to leak but still a big ass hole near the top

I stick to a 25G needle for drawing zero cores in the vial since making the switch.
Back when I used 20G, Id see tons of specks when shining a flashlight behind any vial. Doesnt matter the source rubber is rubber.
To avoid the core being injected, push air out after inserting the needle, and let gravity do the work by holding the vial upside down they should sink
