Glow dosage for healing benefits

Can anyone help me out a bit here on a bpc157, tb500, qhk-cu protocol for soft tissue healing?

Let me explain,

Im looking at the glow packs from sigma audley containing 10mg bpc157 / 50mg ghk-cu / 10mg tb500.

Are these ratios of bpc ghk and tb going to work or am I better just buying them separately for a few extra bucks?

If the ratios look ok how much have people dosed that kit at ed for healing rather than just some skin benefits?

Completely new to peptides so excuse my ignorance on the matter, always learning!!

Ok thanks, so in that case wouldn't a 20/10/10 blend be ideal considering the dosages you've given above? There is a 35 ghk / 5 bpc / 10 tb blend available I wonder if that would work out better?

You are completely right, however you will not find a 20/10/10.

I suggest you buy it separately and reconstitute everything in one vial or a pen cartridge, a lot easier that way.

I started each pep individually to see how I would react but starting doses of BPC/TB were 250mg twice a day for 2 weeks. Then added 1.13mg GHKcu once per day. I bumped BPC and TB up to 500mg twice a day but left GHKcu the same. BPC and TB are recommended to run 8 weeks while GHKcu is recommended to run 6 weeks. GHK was a spicy injection for me and I had welts from it.

Inject IM and you will not have any issue, shallow IM works fine too. 8mm at least for the needle. If you are not that lean 12mm better

Well I’m not a dude so I think my hips look great. lol. I haven’t injected in my thigh at all. Saw some dude showing how he lost a huge chunk out of his by injecting there and now I’m scared.

The guy injected unsterile oil or he had an abscess anyway. It's not happening with your glow don't worry.

The price difference is negligible, it was my lazy side coming out that drew me towards the glow mix with it all being in 1 vial ready to go.

Good to know i can reconstitute them all together in one vial rather than using 3 separate, I'm assuming you just do the 3 vials as normal with bac water then add them all together into the one?

Would i be able to add thymosin alpha-1 into the same vial to make things even easier?

No i wouldn't mix the TA-1 with it.

We really don't know if it's ok to mix the other three together I wouldn't increase the chances of a possible alien fuck up xD

As for TA-1 it is a fragile peptide from the studies I’ve read and the FDA application, I’ve made a post on it, so it shouldn’t be mixed with anything and not banged around a bunch in the vial. Definitely not a fridge door storage peptide.

There's a lot of conflicting views on using TA-1 to boost an immune system that may not necessarily need it, I'm kinda torn on the TA-1 as much as I want to try it out

It doesn’t boost your immune system but it does balance it. I definitely needed it and have had amazing results but I agree with you many people don’t need it. I think running it once a year before cold and flu season would be good for anyone but they won’t “feel” any effects as they take it.

I don't see what's the point of the TB500 or BPC-157 in a GLOW protocol personally. At least WRT aesthetics.

I just added GHK-Cu to my tb and bpc protocol.. I am getting these huge red welps at injection site.. somebody Chime in and tell me if this is common? I mean fyck this.. maybe I have it too strong . I mixed 50/10/10 and am doing 10/2/2..
