Might have something to do with the filler added. There are multiple additives that can be used.

@TheLobster

Can you find out what excipients are used in your HGH? Thanks.

Me either but my definition and someone else’s could vary.

Bubbles and foam are terrible for peptides.

It causes a loss of active peptide and induces stronger immune reactions by inducing aggregation.

"the use of anti-foaming materials could prevent rhGH aggregation during bubbling"

I usually get that when I knock the vial off the countertop.

Cavitation from drop shock also destroys peptides and causes immunogenicity because of the resulting aggregation.

Filtering will remove the aggregates caused by this and the foaming mentioned above.

I'm always left laughing at the idiots who dismiss this stuff when it's so well documented, and commonly understood to be an issue by people who study and make these things for a living.

They don't put "anti foaming" excipients in commercial rHGH because aggregation and immunogenicity don't matter.

Aggregation and immunogenicity aren't an issue in commercial formulations specifically because they MAKE SURE it's not an issue.
