Confirm what you're reconstituting please, compound and quantity in the vial.

Tirzepatide 40mg

I assume you know you need to sterilize the tops of all three vials, bacteriostatic water, Tirz, empty with an alcohol swab and allow to dry.

Attach syringe to 3ml needle, draw 3ml air, inject into bac water vial stopper down. Draw 3ml bac water. Be sure to eliminate air bubbles by flicking syringe with your finger, reinject air pocket into vial, and draw again as needed.

Remove from bac vial, and while holding tirz vial stopper side down, insert syringe at an angle toward wall, to avoid directly injecting into powder. Vacuum should suck the water into the vial with no effort on your part.

Remove empty syringe from tirz vial. Draw 1.5ml air into syringe, and inject into tirz vial with stopper pointed up and NOT INTO LIQUID to avoid creating bubbles. If there's resistance you can stop trying to inject air. Remove syringe, recap, and put it down.

Roll tirz vial between palms of your hands for ten seconds. It should be clear at that point. If there's any visible powder move it around (no shaking) until it's fully reconstituted.

Gently put it down and leave it for 10 minutes.

Take your 3ml syringe, uncap, push all air out. Insert syringe into tirz vial stopper side down. Draw all liquid out of tirz vial, remove air bubbles as above and draw more until you've got all liquid out. Try to avoid injecting air into liquid by pushing needle above liquid level.

Recap, unscrew and remove needle from syringe. Screw threaded filter end onto syringe. Press needle onto filter (it's a push on "slip connector", not threaded).

Remove cap.

Take new empty vial, stopper up, insert needle at an angle towards vial wall, Slowly inject liquid into vial.

Remove syringe. Draw 1.5ml air. Reinsert syringe into tirz vial stopper up, needle above liquid level. Press plunger to "purge" remainder of liquid in filter into vial.

Remove syringe and discard.

Every 20 units (.2ml) you draw with your insulin syringe will be approx 2.5mg dose.

I cannot thank you enough. Truly appreciative for your time and the guidance.

Tendon pain in my knees I could barely squat bodyweight. Knees ached all day. I would wake up in the morning and bottom of my feet hurt where I would walk down steps in the morning holding onto the wall and railing. Low back was brutal I couldn't stand long. Elbows and wrist lost strength; wrist lost most of their mobility.
Wow. Thats terrible.
Dis you return to normal after stopping?

it has 3 months since I stopped GH. Knees are about 80% but I can squat. Elbows have been screwed, havent trained arms at all for months. Whatever it did it turned into tendonitis in the elbows. Lots of ice is all I am using for elbows, foam roll around the knees.

Damn man sorry to hear that. I know how hard it can be to carry the burden of chronic, diffuse pain and keep up rotten rest of life.

Do you get relief from anti-inflammatories?

If so maybe a low dose GLP to reduce systemic inflammation would help.

I like to think of it as continuously using ibuprofen, but instead of damaging your kidneys it protects them,

I’m also not entirely convinced revving your pituitary to squeeze out more gh is any safer than supplementing exogenous gh

Indeed, this is a potential concern. Increasing cAMP (increasing pka, modulatin cell cycle regulation, promoting growth, halting cell cycle arrest/apoptosis, etc.) especially when it's continuous and locally, does have the potential to stimulate carcinogen growth. In fact, cjc1295 already has some mice in vivo and human in vitro data, showing that it causes just that; pituitary adenomas.

I'd wager this is a bigger issue with cjc then it is with shorter HL secretagogues, and seeing how tesa has been used clinically for some time we'd probably see some abnormalities by now.

I think what initially was knee pain and stiffness, turned into tendonitis. I think with trying to protect the joints my tendons took the strain and ended up getting tendonitis thru thighs and hips. Seen massage therapist and eventually ended up with going the route of doctor using NSAID's and muscle relaxers.

NSAIDS tore my guts up, once I got so pain relief, I just stuck with leg press and stiff leg deadlift. Symptoms have gotten better since ceasing GH usage.
Also, I was doing somewhat okay with 3iu, once I went past that I got more side effects, I eventually ended up with 6iu.

I used 4 different brands of GH and several different batches from one of the brands. Just concluded that GH isn't for me and won't use it again.

As of now I am on no PED. My plan was to buy up some tesamorelin. Other than that is pretty much just health supplements. I am having my wife experiement with Tirz, and I am seeing how it does for her for inflammation as it may be and option going into future. I am 42 and looking more into health and longevity wellness so supplement or compounds that would help in that area would be my go-to at this point

Tirz could ease your inflammation and almost certainly extend longevity, along with quality of life via its neuroprotective effects.

Insulin sensitivity in the brain appears to be a good predictor of whether someone develops neurodegeneration, and tirz crosses the blood brain barrier, substantially improving it.
