Actually I think that is a europen union thing....in my native country you also get jail for AAS

And the letters they send are very harsh, albeit its legal language it sounds serious as fuck from the get go. In my case, i just got a letter this morning too, stating all the details, what, where, when and how.

Staatsanwaltschaft. Yes, before reading the letter to its end i already called up my lawyer.
They will pop up there sooner or later, according to a TG Group from another source called Akra 2 people have been raided last week where police directly affiliated those with a purchase from Cat 2-3 years ago.
And just because you get a letter, it gives you no security yet, a police raid can still happen anytime despite a letter from the court directly.
Can only recommend everyone to clean things up, keep nothing at home!

Why would there be any dislikes? All BTC should be obtained using non kyc methods and XMR should be standard currency. Period.

I always use Monero, nothing else and no KYC either.
They did monitor the packages going in and out before, so they had time to build up their own database and obviously there must have been some customer data from the seller side saved otherwise they couldn't connect it so easily to so many people.
What do people think happens when you buy kyc BTC then swap for XMR?
