well if you destroy your kidneys enjoying your newly formed physique will be extremely short lived.. without a transplant the outcome is grim with dialysis you are looking at months of life not years or decades. And if by some miracle you are able to get a transplant it is a possibility it won't take.

Dude you look good nobody can take that away from and you being 40 is again impressive.
All of us here are a bit nuts and trade health for bigger muscles ,but there are different ways to get there ,thats all we are saying.
High dose orals for long periods of time never end well for anyone ...
You can run 5g of test and come out the other side relatively ok if you take measures to combat heart issues but taking 1g of orals is going to fuck your kidneys no matter what you do and there is no coming back from that...

The stomach issues are short term side effects ..you got a warning... The kidney stuff is in the background and you don't feel it until it's too late...look at Monstro, Dave Crossland , Bostin Loyd etc etc
