I emailed a couple of them yesterday and sent what’s app msg, haven’t heard back. Usually they reply back a few hours later around midnight or 1 as it’s morning there. I am a little concerned. Any news I missed? Chinese holiday?

I just placed my order with them last week Thursday and got my tracking this morning. Maybe they are just backlogged from the long weekend. I would just email/WhatsApp them again sometimes they aren't responsive. Also don't use a Proton Mail if you are using one.

I’m curious what part of this message says that they’ll be back after the Chinese New Year? They will resume once everything is sorted and under control.

I trust Tracy’s intentions. He’s worked his ass off to build a reputation over several years and I’m sure will commit whatever effort he can to preserve that reputation. There’s plenty of things to criticize about QSC, but in my time here, it appears that they always delivered.

If they ghosted and left people hanging, that would ruin their reputation. Ultimately, the question is whether or not they have the ability to resume operations.
