Pharma thyroid meds?

Literally cannot find a competent doctor to help treat my thyroid. I've had a tsh of 5-6 for years and low t4 and low end t3 levels and they say well its not that bad and that there's no way a level like that is causing my coldness, fatigue, low energy, brain fog, and thinning eyebrows. I have done a lot of research and know where a good place to start for dosing is, is there anyone on here that has legit pharmacy t3 and t4?

Believe me ive tried numerous doctors, its been a huge pain in the ass and i can't get in to see anyone for months on end i need something to keep me going in the meantime living w thyroid issues is hell mentally and physically.
