Same experience. The only way I could get my levels elevated was to take a 50mg tab 4 hours before my blood work.

I spend $400 or more on just supplements and vitamins every 2 months. But bloodwork is poor comparison. For $30-50 you can get the necessary labs every 6-8 weeks from Fitomics or other discount labs.
