You don’t seem to be aware of the difference between source boards (like SST) & a harm reduction forum (like Meso) mate.

@Millard - I know you’ve done this many times before, but for the benefit of the newer members like @MadaFacor can you explain in this thread (or link to a thread where you’ve already done so) why you do not pick & choose which sources are allowed to post here?

Meso does not ban anyone (be they sources or members) unless they break the rules …. & there are no rules about how retail & wholesaler customers should get the same incentives etc from...

Some people have a fundamental misunderstanding of how the MESO Steroid Underground operates. This is NOT a source forum.

The putative goal of a source forum is to present only those sources who are "good to go". This is one approach to harm reduction involving product acquisition. And this is the model that practically every AAS-related forum has followed.

But unlike other forums, MESO admins do not pick and choose who is allowed to participate and who is not allowed to participate. Nor do MESO mods decide. Nor does a small group of members decide either.

Members sponsoring MESO instead of vendors? How would that work? How would you screen genuine member $$$ vs vested vendor interest?

How do you combat the vendors/shills/paid actors posing as members here?

The $$$ to run the site and having the freedom and opportunity to post without interference, like we are doing now, have to come from somewhere. Start a MESO charity drive?

How many real members would put their $$$ where their mouth is? --- Once you screen for genuine members (good luck with that).

It seems to me he is not objecting as to how it is funded.
It is about how it is projected, defined and marketed as a site.

I don't think—when you yourself have many grievances about members attacking you—it's appropriate to forgoe that etiquette you desire when the shoe is on the other foot... all in the name of "harm reduction."

This is a good point. I did jump ahead into potential solution space. I was not trying to put words into Excel's mouth. I can understand how it appears that way though.

Never did I scoff at Excel's response. Not at all. I think there are some good points raised which are at the crux of all of this. Excel and I have interacted long enough where I hope he understands that.

I'm sure you have a good understanding of what's gone down here. Since you put "harm reduction" in quotation marks, let me clarify. Yes, the work done to date has been solely motivated to elevated testing standards and product quality in the UGL space. Period.

Millard owns the board and if sources opt to leave Meso and he looses the income from the Sponsor fees, I would really be interested in his reaction.

Suggestion:

Since this forum is first and foremost dedicated to HARM REDUCTION and NOT a source board, as you have repeatedly stated, it will save a lot of time and hassle for everyone, if you make Enhanced Testing MANDATORY for all sources, old and new alike. It will be inline with the forum ideology as a HARM REDUCTION forum. A grace period of say 2 months to comply and BAM you have all this noise die down, and a satisfied community.

Two birds with one stone.

What say you?
