I am. I replied to their email that I don't find this acceptable mailing a controlled substance out on my penny because of their error.

I agree, particularly in light of reading enough court cases to know that, worst case scenario, if Murphy's law takes effect, it's not that difficult to trace packages back to a shipper in the US. Some moron tosses it into a letter sorting machine or runs over it with a cart and it leaks, a bored postal inspector gets involved, ultimately pulls video from the PO and they figure out who you are. Unlikely? Yes. Worth even a minuscule risk of a felony prosecution for goods that cost QSC next to nothing, absolutely not.

I would stand my ground on this. However, even though you didn't want oils, since it's the same compound, I'd accept some small compromise as a show of good faith. Maybe 400g of raws or you pay shipping or some token like that.

This is all assuming you didn't make the error, which I presume you didn't, given how different they are.

I don't disagree. However, I've seen how these scenarios play out multiple times and what I'm suggesting is probably the best possible realistic outcome.

It would be a pleasant surprise if it becomes "our mistake your correct order will be filled keep the kits for your inconvenience".

But obviously based on QSCs initial response they're not thinking along those lines.

I don't have opsec for mailing drugs, I didn't agree to this yet they already gave me a name and an address on where to send this. Who is this address, a customer, a middle man?

The rep just doxed a QSC customer so as to not get docked pay, get fired or some other piss poor excuse. I would send a get well soon card to the address stating you got their drugs and you got their information from QSC.

It goes on more than you would think.. This source has never asked me to do so, but I have a couple of others sources that has had me ship stuff back to them and to others customers as well.. I did it, sent it to wherever and whoever and couldn't tell you who or where cause I don't remember. No big deal.. however there are so many manipulative, noisy,strange, whatever kind of people in here that is what makes it a big deal.. You can't trust anybody hardly in here with anything about yourself. There are hardly any "stand up " people anymore.. Its like fuck!!
Anyway whatever.... sorry for rant.... i mean i guess it is an unprofessional practice..

Pretty sure this isn’t the first time a rep from qsc has done this. I seem to remember it happening some time around 4-6 months ago. Was mentioned somewhere in this thread

I know that I’ve read this happening before in this thread.

It’s still ridiculous though. QSC should eat the cost. You can’t expect people to be shipping illegal goods around the country for your mistake.

** BEWARE **
This supplier mailed me a random package. They then proceeded to tell me to mail it to another address in the US or pay them for it. For one, it’s was peptides and raw powder, both of which I know nothing about or how to use them. For two, I have never mailed anything illegal from my home or postage office, have no experience on how to be safe doing that, etc. I simply discarded the stuff & it ended up getting thrown out whenever I moved apartments. Fast forwards 9 months, I make an order - they take the money ($110) & then say I can get my order whenever I pay them for the random package which was close to $1000 in value. Meso upgraded my account so I could post on here for others to beware of this scam. Attached are pics of the conversation with the rep that ripped me off.

This has happened to me but with only $100 worth of stuff.

It's not the "rep", it's company policy. Tracy and some dude went to the mat over this same scenario regarding some peptides they sent him by mistake and they wanted him to reship.

He refused, finally lost it, and ended up eating shit alone.

I agree it's very risky and unprofessional.. Again qsc has never asked me to do so. There is a particular other source that I know has had other people mail me stuff and I've remailed stuff to others..Hell not to long ago i had a a kilo of raw powder show of something i ordered 100g of when i contacted the source they didn't even know.. hell i took out my 100g vacuumed it back up and sent the rest to poduck wherever.. I didn't try to research the address of where I went it.. or send them a creepy note about it.. didn't try looking up their name in the internet.. I mean if you don't want ti do it... dont do it, why make a bigger deal of it than it has to be..

I wouldn't mail the item to someone else. If it was something I could use, I might be willing to pay for it at a discount.

But they shouldn't hold his order hostage. You should still get your raws.

2 kits of test e is more expensive than 500g test e raws.

But if you're a homebrewer(or source) obviously the 500g raws are worth more to you.

I actually wondered how a similar situation would be resolved. When I sent my primo to get tested. If it was anything other than primo. What kind of recourse would there be? I'd imagine they'd say, how do I know you sent the actual raws we sent to get tested and not some from your own stash.

That's as far as I'd be willing to go. If it was something I could use, I'd ask for a discount. Id pay. They should ship out your actual order. Send the guy who's waiting on the 2 kits his order. And maybe save a rep from getting roid rage beat for fning up.


In a perfect world, they eat the loss. Send out the 2 kits to the guy. Send you you're stuff. I don't forsee this ending perfectly.

And they shouldn't have sent you the address before you agreed to send it for them. Thats just ridiculous.

The Just-to-review case was some salty dude that made a bad situation worse.. He got only peptides according to Tracy. The Other customer agreed to his info being shared so it wasn't doxxing, then dude ignored follow-up emails after refusing the reship request.

If i choose to ignore QSC it would be permanent. I won't place an order months later with the assumption that things have been resolved.

I would encourage the recipient stand firm but work toward a solution, like a pick up or they send a prepaid label that has nothing to do with the recipient's details or something.. I would never be comfortable shipping oils myself

I remeber this.. months later after the guy told them to fuck off, he slipped in an order like nothing ever happened..Come find out it must have struck a nerve cause he was remebered... He placed an order and they kept his money or some shit. .

I mean honestly paying for the 2 kits at a distance promo cost and then getting the raws sent to you is the best bet. Especially if he's a source himself. Slap a sticker on it and go about your business. No need to over complicate the issue. Shit happens. QSC probably gets hundreds of orders a week there is bound to be a fuck up. But at such a small price to pay to save a headache I'd just pay the kits
