Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd (International, US, EU, Canada and Australia domestic

Yeah I see despite being pictured next to the pens, it was a separate seizure. Sounds like since they had the FDA there already, decided to do a weeklong crackdown.

I wonder if it was gong to a business name they would've had to let it through, and based "for human use" on the fact it was going to a residential address.

Four recent FDA Warning Letters involving sales of US domestic peptides:

Xcel Peptides - Xcel Research LLC - 694608 - 12/10/2024

Prime Peptides - Prime Vitality, Inc. dba Prime Peptides - 695156 - 12/10/2024

Summit Peptides - Summit Research Peptides - 695607 - 12/10/2024

SwissChems - Swisschems - 695663 - 12/10/2024

(SwissChems has been an established vendor - though always with mixed, sketchy reviews - for nootropics, SARMS, and Research Chemicals for many years.)

This set of FDA Warning Letters seems to involve:

1. The classic mistake where vendors include any language that indicates products may be sold for human use.

(For example, product descriptions & product labels with statements about health benefits, medical use cases, dose size/schedule, how to administer.)

2. Attention on peptide product keywords. In these cases, "SEMAGLUTIDE", "TIRZEPATIDE", "RETATRUTIDE", "TESAMORELIN", and other generic, non-branded peptide names.

Key phrase. Without this, no action could've been taken. They're not controlled substances. That's why places like Peptide Science doesn't have this problem and hasn't for over a decade. They're not sloppy. Hell, they're insanely paranoid about avoiding the slightest hint of "human use".

You can buy urea by the ton. Make a prescription strength foot cream out of it and start marketing it as a cure for dry skin, and now it's "for human use" and the FDA can respond. You can buy Ivermectin for your livestock. no prescription required. Offer it for people and once again the line has been crossed.

2 packs from the Black Friday promo should be delivered in the next couple days. There was a delay for them being sent because I ordered large quantities of uncommon non AAS raws which was communicated to me and is no problem. The packs contain two 1 kg bags of white powder as well as quite a few kits of peptides. They zipped right through customs very quickly. Considering that kilo packages of white powder and peptides should red flag the alleged "Super Ai scanner computer all knowing machines" that some here are claiming are being used now. Either the fear-mongering about the machines is BS or the machines are actually crap.

It has nothing to do with "super duper scanners". 99% of packs are never scanned. It has to do with whether a container is selected for inspection based on the electronic data sent in advance of its arrival.

Do you really think nothing will change?

That it's simply impossible for US customs to tighten down to the same level as other countries? That's why there are "no reship" countries. What's happened over the last few years with packs from China to the US is an anomaly, It wasn't like this at all 10 years ago.

They won't sell you BAC water, They never offer dosing (one of the most common things the FDA cites as evidence of intent for human use). Ask the wrong question instant ban.

Seen a ton of peptide places come and go, and these guys keep trucking.

Probobly have a great lawyers on retainer (Like Rick Collins), easy to afford when you charge more for a single vial than others charge for a kit.

Two packages are being delivered today, while another has been stuck in customs since the 19th. Interestingly, the ones arriving today include the Primo and Reta, even though they were shipped after the one stuck in customs.

smart people… probably just buying peptides from China and te selling… idk how some claim to make them here… isn’t it illegal? Rick Collin’s will deff get them out the pinch lol

Has anyone here looked into using an additional third-party lab for compound identification and sterility testing of the gear? I trust Jano and have used his services in the past, and plan to keep doing so, but I think it could be beneficial to have another independent lab to verify the compounds and ensure sterility.

All due respect to Tracy, as I believe his product is solid, but in the spirit of harm reduction, I think running additional tests would be valuable. I’m new here and want to contribute to the community, so I’m curious if this has already been discussed or if anyone has experience with this. Any thoughts?

Not illegal, some of the (larger) compounding pharmacies do it, usually minus HGH, but no matter what any of them do, Rick would definitely get them out!

It’s not the first time someone has raised the idea of using other labs more, but the other labs always end up getting caught engaging in some sort of fuckery and we all go back to Jano.

Hey guys, I was provided a tracking # starting in YT and can’t figure out how to track. Normally I see on my informed delivery but nothing… input plz
