Orders starting to update and deliveries as well, last remaining batches of orders that need to update is from 26th to 29th october, once we have those updated within next week then all customers is taken care of. GA leaves nobody, and for those who calls GA scammer and exit scam, clearly dont know how business works. Never ever i have heard anything about an ''exit scam'' while im increasing my prices. lol.


Regarding the packages for broken vials and risk for leaky packages, as said previously i will of course improve the packaging skills. Not more than 5-6 vials will be putted together wihtout having double layers of bubble wraps, this should prevent any leaks of vials. Actually i would also start wrap it in the bubble bags and then divide one package into multiple bubble bags. Packaging will be improved for future orders and this issue is of course our priority to fix as we cant have leaky packages.

Ok after pulling my packs apart and inspecting the packaging flaws I think this could actually be mitigated by @GenericAsia simply double bubble wrapping the packs of vials and using shipping tape to seal the padded envelope seams. I only had 1 batch of vials per box double wrapped in padded envelope material. A single wrapped envelope batch was the one that had a break. And because It was single wrapped and no tape was used to seal the seam the oil simply leaked out of the envelope and into the box, seeping out of the box. Honestly this would be a simple fix. Double wrap every batch of vials and each patent envelope use shipping tape to seal the seam Don't just rely on the glue seam. The oil and solvent in the oil eats the glue and it simply opens up and leaks oil everywhere. Double wrapped with sealed seams I feel would eliminate the leaking. I'd also use a different foam to package around the padded envelopes. This stuff is too dense and doesn't take much pressure on the box because it's packed full to cause glass on glass breakage you need more air gap in the box to keep it from crushing the vials.

I like these two methods. Those plastic containers are cheap when purchased in bulk. And the styrofoam like material in the other photo protected 3 kits shipped internationally.

You might also start tape sealing the seams after you fold the glue flaps down

Ok got an answer regarding shipping costs. It’s not $35 for 2kg, it’s $35 for 5 kits regardless what you ordered. That is fine with me, just wanted to know why I was charged double. Now I know for future reference. I was just confused because obviously peptides weigh a hell of a lot less than oils. All good, moving on.

Good to know! I always try and max out each box. I believe 5 oil kits will fit. Frustrates me not to get most for shipping cost to blend down price of each kit.

International is what we're talking about. And this isn't a MOQ. Just if you want to maximize your dollars for oils order multiples of 5 oil kits. If you order 6, 5 go in one box, and you pay $35x2 = $70 for shipping 6 kits. Instead of $70 for shipping 10 kits.

Fwiw, I also ordered on the 26th. The tracking never updated but it showed up. I think it's been 4 days, and still no update on the tracking.
