That's how I've received international orders. This was domestic and the vials were just taped together and put in a bag. The bag did nothing to stop the leak getting out. I'm not sure how they think vials taped together won't bang against each other and break.

Maybe they changed things, but my last domestic pack, they were in hard plastic cases. I will have another domestic coming. Will have to see how these are packed and if it is the same.

Hello guys, i can understand that there have been 1-2 parcels that had a broken vial and caused leak on the package, this is of course not acceptable! - email me and i will make the single vial up to you and have it reshipped.
Considering that we ship hundreds of packages weekly the broken/mistake rate is below 1%. - Better wrapping can be done of course, and the issue will be taken care of for future orders.
There is no excuses for this for this of course.

Hope for anyone that orders domestic (if they choose so knowing the risk) isn’t screwed over in the end. Know your risks and do your homework everyone. 2 weeks of research isn’t enough. Fucking 1 year is barely scratching the surface. That’s just my commie spud opinion tho.
