Domestic pack leaking like that could get a call from a drama starved small town post office to the bored Postal Inspector who gets to go on a road trip with his never before used field test kit, and go full FBI on that pack. A chance to use the whole rarely used skill set... warrant request, coordination with DEA, then when they decline to get involved, the local yokle small town sheriffs office, who'll be happy to call in the entire team for a rare black fatigues "controlled delivery" / time and a half overtime / post bust BBQ get together opportunity.

He could have been using a Just in time type inventory strategy where you buy inventory as you needed. Keeps cost to a minimum and is very efficient with little waste. A great strategy if you have a consistent supply when you need. No so much if that supply suddenly slows.

Yeah this is serious shit. I had a domestic pack break in the same way. Lack of adequate packing with two broken vials. For about two years, a lot of my domestic packages from Ebay and Amazon sent through USPS were delivered with boxes opened and re-taped. This is why I'm always paranoid to order oils in the mail. I think my address got flagged for awhile

Those vials busted that badly shows how rough the postal service treats stuff. Simply vacuum sealing the pack would have kept it contained and not shown from the outside.

Marcus often puts up a list of reasons why to buy from him and why his prices are a bit higher. He lists customer service and quality and stuff like that. With multiple people getting packages with broken vials because the packing is so subpar he's not really living up to his claims.

@GenericAsia what's the deal with the horrible packaging? You market your services a step above the other Chinese sources. That's not what we're seeing here. A vile breaking during shipping happens but it's very rare and seems to be happening frequently with your packaging lately.
