you right, accept my apology. Dealing with the same questions over and over 100 times a day is not easy lol..

I can understand there have been some concerns about orders that was made in the weekends where tracks was provided yesterday. Please do not forget that, US had an public holiday yesterday (monday)

We do not have any new batches produced or planning to produce anything at the moment, due to no raws. We have the current stock only, which is already tested.

All our products have been tested so far and are available as well.

damn there is a lot of panic in here.. and that is understandable as well as all is afraid of the situation in china right now. but as said guys orders this week should update mostly of them and for those who havent received their order after the 30th day it will be reshipped without any questions made, that is our policy.

I am sorry to hear that. We do value and strive to give the best customer service out there as possible and keep replying all our emails in timely manner.

Slow shipping can happen, it was up to election, black november and on top of that the issues in China. All these together combined is causing the delay.
Other than that our shipping have been enormous effective and fast with international deliveries within 9-15 days averagely.

As that said orders from 25th october up to 5th november, was not shipped until a week later.

Are you planning on holding enough product to reship any orders that may have issues between Oct 25th-Nov 5th or what’s the plan with any potential issues or seizures?

expect price increase after new year from most of the sources in here. harder to get raws , demand is getting bigger and bigger and the supplier is selling more expensive than before, that is how it will be. sorry to say guys we are not the only source in here who make increase.

Spoke with two large raws sources on private boards this AM. No issues. I guess they know who to pay off and made sure they paid.

i dont expect a lot of orders to be reshipped, if we need to go that way, then my stock will be enough to send the reship out and after that my stock probably will be finished. but that is already added into our calculations, so on that part we good.
