Ugh… here (Updated)
1. Generic Asia has changed its prices three times. They seem to be aligning with QSC prices and other Chinese vendors here, but they’ve taken those prices and increased them threefold.
2. They claim stock is low but won’t specify how low or provide reasonable updates.
3. Members who placed orders on October 25th report that GA claimed on November 5th that their orders were shipped, supposedly delayed due to the situation in China.
4. Initially, they stated they wouldn’t be affected by the current anti-drug initiatives in China, but now they’ve changed their stance.
5. Response times from customer service seem to be slow, and the previously fast service isn’t as consistent now.
6. Although Marcus has repeatedly insisted this isn’t an exit strategy, some members still suspect it could be. The general consensus seems to be that this is just price gouging, taking advantage of current circumstances.
7. One member (“strange generic guy”) received his order, but no one else has. Some have received tracking information, though.
8. It might be safer to wait a few weeks to see how things settle with this source.
Does this seem like a good (updated) summary for everyone?
