@ivandragovich, myself, and others asking for extra testing hasn't done anything but
1) make you look better than
ALL the competition here
2) increase your sales
3) improve harm reduction efforts. If people who've made orders from you and potential customers ask you for enhanced testing; provide it and stop acting like we're ganging up on you and treating you different than anyone else. You should be
THANKING us for helping your business out. If we ask for something, you provide.
Period. Have you ever heard the phrase, "
The customer is always right"? If not, now you have, and you would do well to remember it for future references.
At this point, I'm a permanent/paying customer, and I'd like to keep it that way. But accusing us of not being appreciative of your testing, customer service, responsiveness, and great products because we ask for something from you (
which barely makes a dent in your profit margins) is gaslighting at best.
