how were they for you? ive heard that theyre hit or miss for some people and that if you go in store they try to do as few alterations as possible.

It was really easy and they seemed to have experience with tailoring. I may just be lucky but I made a relationship with wonderful people at the local store (Bellevue, Washington) and go back yearly. Highly recommend them if you do not have a personal stylist or someone obviously far more experienced than I.
